This company did an amazing job with air conditioner repair service and restored cool air in my house. They explained the vent cleaning cost honestly and offered fair pricing. Their Dryer Vent Cleaning service was excellent and very efficient. I was shocked by the amount of mold in air vents they found and removed safely. Their heating and cooling services were reliable, and the furnace and duct cleaning made the air feel cleaner immediately. I highly recommended this company.

Called & spoke with Dan,he set up the appointment date & time for a Wed.Chuck came out on time,explained everything he was gonna do & went straight to work.Very nice company to deal with.Chuck managed to get all the ducts cleaned & sanitized in a timely manner.... cleaned up after himself,very thorough& seemed to very much appreciate our business.Highly recommend this company... especially Chuck!

My dinosaur A/C went out. Went through the Cinch Home Warranty. They gave us these guys and I couldn't be more happy of their work. They diagnosed it as leaky and old and got us a new system installed within a fast but timely manor. I work in the maintenance field so I'm picky on how I like my utilities. A+ on the work they did. I would definitely recommend these guys for all your Central Air needs.

It always seems like you have an emergency during the coldest temperatures. Lee and his crew were awesome! They are all hard working and knowledgeable people. As well being there on schedule. I can’t thank them enough.

Provided good service. My heater bit the dust and was covered under Cinch Home Warranty. Had to wait for the replacement to arrive. Once it arrived I was scheduled with their first available date . They removed the old furnace (a 1986 dinosaur) and installed the new furnace. Required duct work, electrical work. They did a great job. The only downfall is that for some reason, even though Cinch Home Warranty is paying them to replace the furnace, they still charge a flat rate of $1,400.00 (for non-covered fees).

Our furnace went out in January and it was cold! We had Cinch insurance and coordinated Robertson to come out. Robertson was professional and prompt. They ordered the part, received the next day and installed day after. All fixed within 4 days of going out. I would use them again.

This company not only gave me a great deal but they went far above anything I had anticipated. I greatly appreciate their honesty as well.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, Robertson Rebuilders was professional and went above and beyond.

They installed a brand-new furnace and A/C system at my home and didn’t just do the job, they did it with integrity. When they found that the old line to the outdoor unit was falling apart, they fixed it without trying to upcharge me. Then, when their supplier corrected a mistake in material pricing, they passed the savings on to me. They could’ve easily kept the original quote, but they didn’t.

The install was smooth, the pricing was extremely fair (especially in today’s market), and they honored the full scope of work with no surprises.

The main issue I had was extremely poor customer service from Robertson's. I was assigned this company by my warranty provider, but they repeatedly failed to follow up with me, despite promising to schedule my repair. After many calls from my end, a technician finally arrived, only to inform me that they needed a lift truck to access my rooftop air conditioner, costing $250. My warranty company wouldn’t cover it, and I agreed to pay the fee. When I called Robertson's back to confirm the lift truck appointment, they once again promised a call back in a few days—but I never heard from them again. I ended up finding another company, which handled everything smoothly, arrived on time, and explained the problem clearly. That technician used a regular ladder from his truck to get on the roof, making me realize that the lift fee with Robertson's was unnecessary.
