If you actually want heat when it's below zero call someone else. They literally leave you in the cold. They left said my furnace was good to go they just had to run and get Me a new filter and they'll leave it by the outside door for me to put in myself. After waiting over 3 hrs for them to return I called and was told they forgot about me that they'd be back first thing in the morning. I had to ask if I could turn my furnace back on because though they said it was good but was not running when they left. I was told on the phone to reset it and i'd be fine to run it without the filter. I know how to reset it I had already done this 2x before I called and notified them off that but they still said it should work they'll be there in the morning. This was at 445pm... I know right so late for them to come out and fix a furnace when it's below zero. Never trust a scab!!! UNION ONLY unfortunately my rental agency makes that choice... Never again. Guess what... Still freezing

BEST price and value! Got quotes from several other companies (Jackson wayyy overpriced us) and no one offered such a low price with quality product (Rheem as opposed to Goodman) as J O'Donnell. New furnace and AC installed in half a day!

10 stars! Absolutely amazing! They rescued me from the crazy heat wave and actually what they were talking about and were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. I had called them for a second opinion when another hvac company quoted me an astronomical price. Miss O’Donnell is awesome in every way: skilled, quick, professional and approachable. She even asked me to keep my payment until we could see if the fix on my control panel worked or if the panel was truly done for. When it proved to be a continuing issue she returned immediately to replace the tech (under my warranty coverage, which she double checked herself!) and got it fixed for good. I’ll definitely call her any time I have issues with my HVAC!

Ali came out to the house when scheduled and notified me when he was on his way. Ali was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I will be sure and call him again for AC and Heating services!

At a time when requesting quotes for work leads to calls not returned or no-shows when an appointment is made, Ali is a breath of fresh air. I needed to have my gas line relocated for my grill. He arrived on time, surveyed the project, provided a written fair price, communicated well as we scheduled a date, and he arrived on time and ready to work. At my home, he was careful as he brought in the materials and his tools and cleaned up after the job. He secured the pipes and tested for leaks. Very professional. Originally I was not aware that he regularly performs general heating and cooling work and I will certainly call him first when I am in need of those services. Professional and affable, I would definitely call Ali again in the future.

Ali was incredible, my boiler wouldn't startup this year when the weather turned bad and he was over the same day. Troubleshot my system, got the parts ordered, and installed in an incredibly fast time frame for an awesome price.

If you like to support local businesses, and you should, then this is your guy! Not only is the price fair but the 10 years of experience he has really shows. The guy loves what he does and it reflects in his work. Down to earth and easy to talk to yet very professional. Definitely recommending him to everyone and calling again if I need work done in the future!

I get making money, but when you charge 3 times the original price for the product something is wrong.
