10/10 service. Prompt, reliable, and efficient. Furnace wasn't working and they had someone out the same day to diagnose and repair.

After calling another company first, who tried saying I need a new central air, Daniel at Tiger diagnosed the issue, and didn't try to sell me anything. He offered to install a new thermostat, or said I could go get my own. I will now call Tiger first, every time!

Charles showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He applied corrective action and completed the work quickly.
In summary, he was prompt efficient reliable thorough knowledgeable and very courteous.

Another one for the books with Tiger 🐯 Air.
Made an appointment a few months back to have a soft start kit installed on AC compressor. Theo arrived in usual fashion. As always, He was courteous and professional.

UPDATE: 4/17/2025
Had what appeared to be an error code on furnace this morning. Called Tiger 🐯 Air and they dispatched Theo for the job. He came and cleaned the flame sensor and reset system. Running smoothly now 👍🏾.
Again, Tiger 🐯 Air of Parma is a great HVAC system company.

UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾

Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC 🥶🥶 is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥.

Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.

Friendly and courteous employee and works quickly. Updated me with any issues on my HVAC system. Reasonably priced.

Theo was a very professional and personable representative. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He answered every question we had. I had him go over a different estimate and explain what he would do differently. He went sentence by sentence and it showed his expert knowledge. We are having a complete replacement of our A/C and furnace. He had a duct cleaning done prior to the install so that our new hvac system would work perfectly. I was very impressed and so happy that Theo was the rep. All of the installers, Dean, Zach etc were very professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Tiger Air! They were flawless!!

The best company that I have ever worked with! This is the second furnace and air conditioning system that I had installed by Tiger Air, my first system was installed at my previous house.

The workmanship is second to none, they were the only company that included a 10 years parts and labor warranty, all the other quotes that we received were only giving a parts only warranty.

The people that work here are very friendly and know what they are doing. Theo came out for the initial quote and explained everything in detail and measured every room so we have the right size system.

They did a Aero Seal duct sealing that was included at no charge in the price because our second floor does not cool in the summer and we cannot sleep up there, how impressed we were in that now we can use our upstairs it cools just fine.

I highly recommend Tiger Air as I have used them twice, anytime you call them they show up quickly and they are always looking to help you. All there people are friendly and they just give you a nice experience over all.

Charles gave great service and told me everything he was doing. I have had nothing but good experiences with Tiger air. From install of my entire system to yearly maintenance.

Isaac was very professional, communicative and did a great job in a timely manner cleaning our vents. Thank you Isaac and tiger Air!

Theo is great. He has cleaned and checked my furnace and a/c a few times. Very friendly and professional.

I was pretty set on using Tiger since some friends recommended them and their price was the best.

Technician Dan came out to quote me on a new system. He quoted me for a 3 ton when every other company quoted me for a 2.5 ton, which is what my old unit was. The other companies actually measured my space, he did not.

I called him later to get re-quoted for a 2.5 ton. He refused, stating that he did it right and the other companies were wrong. He just had an arrogant vibe that I didn't appreciate, so I chose to end the call and move on.

I ended up going with Tom Schaeffer, who put in a 2.5 ton and it's definitely the correct size for my home. I'm positive the 3 ton would been oversized.

I sent feedback to Tiger directly before submitting this review but never got a response. YMMV, but I won't be calling them again.

We are happy with the service Tiger provided us in installing our new furnace. Charles was helpful and patient in explaining in detail our situation and the solutions they offer. Dean, Val, and Jessie were prompt and efficient with the installation, and friendly in answering all our questions. We will be hiring them to clean our ducts.

From start to finish we were 100% satisfied with our experience with Tiger Air. First, Theo, the Tiger Air Sales Rep, provided us with their estimate. His knowledge and recommendations were outstanding with a great price. Theo was honest, friendly, kind and NOT pushy at all. Second, we had the duct cleaning by Isaac and Dan. They did a super job and were very professional and polite. They provided videos of the before and after duct cleaning. Third, was the air conditioning install by Dean, Zak and Jesse. Everything went smoothly and the crew was very professional and polite and worked hard to get the AC unit installed. All of the above Tiger Air employees were so patient and answered all of our questions before, during and after their work was complete. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tiger Air for your HVAC needs. Tigerair came to our home to do a whole house duct cleaning. They arrived within the time frame as quoted. Jessy and Dan were very courteous and helpful during this process. They came in with shoe covers on which was greatly appreciated. They finished their job in a timely manner. They explained everything that needed to be done previous to starting the duct cleaning. They left everything clean when finished. I would highly recommend this company.

Honest , prompt , I highly recommend . My son recommended Tiger and he had excellent service. One company came out and said we needed a new furnace and a/c unit . We called Tiger for a second opinion. He examined the unit and flipped breaker . Problem solve. So thankful for his honesty .
We will definitely use Tiger again .

Charles was fantastic! Our AC had stopped working, and another company told us it wasn’t fixable and that we needed to replace the whole unit. When Charles came out, he assured us he wanted to double‑check before we spent money unnecessarily. He carefully inspected everything to see if repairing it would be the most cost‑effective option for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and he offered us a great deal. We truly appreciate his honesty and expertise. Highly recommend Charles to anyone in need of AC service!

It was great! The guys arrived on time and finished in a reasonably time. They were also very pleasant when asked a question and if they didn’t know they found out for you within a few minutes by calling their boss. All in all great service and I will continue using them!
