We needed some minor repairs done to our roof. We contacted the folks at Feazel they sent someone out to meet with us and then a team to come out to do the repairs. The repair team was very knowledgeable, experienced, and did a good job explaining the problems and the approach to repair. Their repair quality is superior. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We walked around the house and reviewed all their repairs. They cleaned up our property and the roof looks great. They made sure we were completely satisfied. Sure gives us a peace of mind knowing that the repairs were done the right way with quality and customer satisfaction being their priority. I would highly recommend them.

Service was A1 for my roof installation. Starting with my sales associate, Scott, I was informed of what to expect. The project manager informed me of what was going to happen, and the installation went perfectly, starting with the arrival of my crew. They were on time, and I Was kept informed of the progress during the installation process. I would recommend Feazel Roofing to anybody needing roofer repair or installation. Great work guys!

I needed a quote on a repair for a leak. Scott the field tech supervisor came by. He did not take me seriously because I am the wife of the home as my husband travels for work. Scott tried his best to tell me how my roof and my neighbors around roofs were done wrong! At that point I knew he was just trying to sell me a total new roof instead of a repair as they did months before. I was supposed to get two quotes from him back at the office because his computer was not "working". Never got the quotes!! It was obvious he was just looking for a sale!!!!! Not sympathetic to our financial needs! They will never get our business!!!!!

Jake from Feazel Roofing was the start of a great experience. They took care of everything, from inspections, permits, and the insurance claim. Having been a roofer myself, I can tell you their quality and work is superior to many other companies out there. You can't go wrong with Feazel.

Had a great experience with Jason Reedy. The technician was super friendly, well-spoken, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel pressured. Very honest and easy to talk to definitely appreciate how professional and down-to-earth he was.

Cant say enough about Feazel service. Had the house sided and roof replacement a year ago. Had some minor issues and they responded the same day. Great company they did a great job. I would like to personally thank Frank Butts are estimator, he came two days later to sit and talk to me. I really like that we sat and talked about the job and for me that’s why I choose Feazel. We had 2 other companies give us an estimate and that entailed an email.which I had to figure what they were going to do.Sometimes I believe the face to face even in this technology era works better.

Mike and Feazel did a great job from start to finish. Mike worked closely with my insurance company so, I didn't have to. He sorted through the "run around" and got the new roof approved. It was installed in one day and the workers were very careful to not leave a mess or damage any landscaping. The roof looks beautiful. It's amazing the change to the aesthetics of the now that the faded roof is gone. I'm highly satisfied!!

We had a total roof replacement with gutters and gutter guards installed. Our roof and gutters are perfect. The gutter guards are working great with all the leaves falling. We are completely satisfied with the way the crew took care of business and the customer service was very good. Jason Reedy our sales rep was the fantastic from the beginning of the project to end of it.

Integra is a great landscaping business! The owners are fantastic and easy to work with. They put out nothing but quality work. Highly recommend!

We have worked with this company for a year to do our landscaping. Dan the owner is unprofessional. He contacted me multiple times to collect a bill that was paid on time. He even threatened to put a lien on our home. Would not recommend utilizing this company.

They did the work while we were away. When I got home, there were a few things I was unhappy with. A couple bushes I had wanted trimmed, some weeding they had passed over, some ground cover I wanted scaled back. I contacted them about my concerns and they had an excuse for each thing and why they weren't going to do it. And so they didn't. Plus they left an advertisement in our lawn without our permission. The work they did complete was decent enough, but if the customer tells you they want their lawn a certain way, you should do it, that's what they are paying you for. Doing the work while we were gone almost seems like it was a way for them to do as little as possible. Not happy with the 1000 dollars we spent.

I just had Integra Outdoor Services install EverLights permanent “Christmas” lights on my house and I couldn’t be happier. Not only are these lights stunning and completely hidden when not turned on, but they did a very professional job throughout the entire process. I actually didn’t think they would be installed before Christmas but they pulled it off and made my kids so excited. I had one minor issue with one light and it he came back to fix it right away. That’s great customer service. I intend to use them again on future projects and would recommend using them to anyone. Thanks for an awesome job!

Our leaves fell really late this year. Integra Outdoor Services saved the day helping us clean up the yard before the first big snow. Quality work. Very responsive and knowledgeable!

Our yard was a swampy mess. There was no drainage and our large came inside a muddy mess every time he went out. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.

Despite the challenging weather, they went about and beyond to get it finished quickly.

They did the most efficient way that was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than other competitors.

I would absolutely recommend them and use them again for all of our yard needs.

The work was completed on time and within our budget. They gave great suggestions on the design for our landscape and we are very happy with how everything looks.
