Jose was great fixed my ac for much cheaper than another quote. Another company told me I would need the whole system replaced($4000) and Jose got it running again in minutes for very little. Thanks Jose!

Furnace stopped working during Christmas time. I called Jose. He came. Replaced it and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

We were referred to Jose by a few trusted friends and neighbors who have used them previously. Hiring Jose to install our new AC and our high efficiency furnace was a no brainer. Jose is fairly priced, does great work and Jose himself (Alex) is kind, courteous and professional. Best in the business. 👍

He came out to fix our hot tub and did a great job for a great price. I asked a few questions about our thermostat, which was very old, and he took the time to explain what was going on with it. He had a replacement already in his van and gave a quick estimate. Within 20 minutes he replaced that too! He's a friendly and honest man. I highly recommend him! Thank you!

***** Adding 5 more stars because Jose Heating and Coolong is definitely a 10-star establishment. We were at my mom's home on December 2nd in the Parma area and realized that the thermostat was not working. We really needed it repaired the same day. Called Jose and received an immediate answer and an appointment within 20 minutes of the conversation. Jose did not disappoint! Arrived on time, very reasonable price for replacing the thermostat. So happy and appreciative of the quick response and efficient work. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Pleasure to work with! The community needs to support its small businesses, and this company is a really good one to start with!

I had a great experience with Jose Heating & Cooling. Jose is very responsive, hard working, professional, and very reasonable. He was very easy to work with, starting with the quote, to scheduling of my furnace and AC install, to completing the job to my satisfaction. He is very thorough, installs to perfection as if this was for his own house, tests to make sure all is working, and cleans up before leaving. He helped answer all my questions and accommodated any requests I had throughout the install. It was also great getting to know Jose and Noah during the 2 day install. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any heating and cooling needs. Jose is trustworthy and reliable, which is hard to find these days.

Charles came to service our air conditioning unit we purchased through Tiger Air. He was quick and identified that we were low on coolant and that we had a coil that was clogged which he cleaned out. He was quick, polite, on time, informative and efficient. Thanks Tiger Air!

Tiger Air replaced our air conditioner and furnace a couple years ago and were absolutely wonderful. Easy to work with and upfront with the cost. Since they have helped us with routine maintenance (and today just a silly user error I made) and they are always prompt and very helpful. Theo is who has always come out and he is so wonderful and good at what he does!

When our AC stopped working I called them and much to my surprise they were here within the hour. Charles did a great job fixing the problem and warning us about potential issues to watch out for in the future. I would definitely call and use them again the next time there is an issue.

Isaac and Jesse did a great job in cleaning the ducts in my home. Very professional. I would highly recommend Tiger Air.

Charles was amazing!! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, on time, engaging, professional, and very helpful!!! We literally had a seamless albeit painful (who wants to replace air conditioning lol) experience with him and Tiger Air from start to finish and we could not have been more appreciative! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services you won’t be disappointed!!

We also had our ducts cleaned by two amazing young men who were so awesome and friendly and did an amazing job I thought I could leave individual reviews but I guess not lol… we had not had our ducts cleaned in 4 years they came in and did a beautiful job, they answered every question we had and didn’t mind our fussy dogs during the process 🤣 it can be such a stressful experience having to replace or maintain ac units etc because of the potential costs but every tech who came out helped to make the process smooth!

We ended up having our Ac unit replaced by another duo of Tiger Air techs and they did great we are completely satisfied with every service we received, the timeliness of their responses and the professionalism they ALL displayed! I can’t remember everyone’s name but they were all amazing!!

Great experience, got my radiator functioning within a few minutes. Nice , polite and respectful of my property. Thanks

I typically don't use the big name companies due to the price but Tiger is very very fair with their pricing. They always have someone ready to assist with the repairs same day or next depending on the repair and how quickly we need it done. They are very easy to work with and get repairs scheduled. I wish they would come to Lake County but other than that they are fantastic.

Theo was informative, kind, and communicated effectively. He addressed my concerns with urgency and supported me well throughout my experience. I’m sincerely thankful for his partnership! Theo, it was a pleasure working with you!

I'd like to commend Theo for doing a fantastic job with us. He really went above and beyond to help satisfy us. He deserves a raise or some other acknowledgement.

10/10 service. Prompt, reliable, and efficient. Furnace wasn't working and they had someone out the same day to diagnose and repair.

After calling another company first, who tried saying I need a new central air, Daniel at Tiger diagnosed the issue, and didn't try to sell me anything. He offered to install a new thermostat, or said I could go get my own. I will now call Tiger first, every time!

Charles showed up on time, diagnosed the problem in minutes. He applied corrective action and completed the work quickly.
In summary, he was prompt efficient reliable thorough knowledgeable and very courteous.

Another one for the books with Tiger 🐯 Air.
Made an appointment a few months back to have a soft start kit installed on AC compressor. Theo arrived in usual fashion. As always, He was courteous and professional.

UPDATE: 4/17/2025
Had what appeared to be an error code on furnace this morning. Called Tiger 🐯 Air and they dispatched Theo for the job. He came and cleaned the flame sensor and reset system. Running smoothly now 👍🏾.
Again, Tiger 🐯 Air of Parma is a great HVAC system company.

UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾

Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC 🥶🥶 is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥.

Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.
