Have used Tiger Air now for the last few years and they never disappoint. From putting in our new furnace to coming over, cleaning and fixing our air conditioner, The technicians are very professional and do the job right the first time. Even when they've had a long day and you are their last call, they do not rush it. They take their time and make sure everything is right. I highly recommend Tiger Air! 😀

I just want to say that i think this co has very reasonable rates and does a great job as well. I do not see any other co give out the same rates. Also they do try to accommodate the customer with there time as well. Very friendly staff and are very knowable. I will use them again and do recommend them as well.

Isaac and Dave were amazing! Thoroughly impressed with their work!!!! We had our air ducts cleaned and sanitized, they answered all of our questions and explained process, before and after videos. Very knowledgeable and would definitely use them again for any of their services.

Everytime he comes to fix a problem, he solves it in one visit. He always has the right tools and parts. He always does what it takes so we can have heat again. Additionally he is one of the most pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend, and I have, to all my friends and family.

My family and I have been using Tiger Air for years. Very little wait time for an appointment. Reasonable up front pricing. Owner and employees are very friendly and professional. You receive a call 30 min before they arrive, to avoid wasting a day waiting for someone to show up. They don't try to sell you something you do not need. They provide a variety of services, so you only need Tiger Air for everything to maintain your home. This company is top notch. Thank you for a great job.

I called Tiger Air after a recommendation from a friend for air duct cleaning and I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I was looking for a better air quality in my home due to allergies and they over delivered. I was quoted an extremely fair price and they stuck to it. I was also called before my appointment time so I knew they were on their way. One of the techs even caught my dog when he ran out! I noticed a difference before they were even done cleaning and afterwards, I had before and after videos that were both gross yet satisfying. Thank you for helping me feel better! I would recommend to literally everyone!

Theo is amazing hes helped us a few time with our furnace and air conditioner through out the years and he always listens and really tries to fix the issues the first time around. And they are super quick with getting out to the house if you have an emergency. Even if not an emergency its normally that day or next day.

Tiger did a great job when our furnace died of old age. I wish it hadn't been as expensive to replace, but times being what they are, there's nothing much to do about that. Great service, great response time, highly recommend.

Tech was MORE than professional and efficient. He was very friendly, and knew what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, which is rare. He offered his opinion when answering questions without being pushy. I will highly recommend him to friends and family. Very good job well done.

Tiger Air is one of the best HVAC companies in Parma. Our furnace died during a cold snap, and Phil (the owner) personally came out on a Friday evening to help. He went above and beyond, searching for parts for our older unit and providing us with space heaters to keep our home safe and warm while we figured out a plan.

After deciding to purchase a new system was the best option, the installation team was equally impressive. They were efficient, professional, and very respectful of our home. They replaced our furnace, A/C, and a leaking water heater all in one day. Phil made the process easy by bundling everything into a very competitive and transparent package.

Before leaving, they took the time to explain the new systems and gave us great maintenance tips. While it’s too cold to test the A/C, they assured us they’ll be back to assist if we have any issues when the weather warms up. Having a 10-year parts and labor warranty gives us huge peace of mind. I’m incredibly pleased with the level of service we received!
