Reviews of local pros in Parma, Ohio

I own and run a management company with over 850 rental units. Victor is one of the primary companies that we use for HVAC services. His pricing is fair, his service is excellent, and he has excellent response rates. I would highly recommend Victor and his team!

Viktor and his team have helped me solve several problem projects with troubleshooting in addition to brand new ducting and system installs. Finding an HVAC contractor that does what they say they will do in an agreed timeframe that won't rip you off is an incredible thing. Fortunate to have worked with him and his crew on several large projects, and looking forward to continuing to send clients their way.

I have worked with VK FURANCE LLC multiple times on several different project.
I have always recieved best quote from them. The costumer service is always outstanding. The team and technicians are very skilled and professional.
They provide prompt service and they have done several emergency same day installations for me.
So far the best HVAC company i have dealt with.
I highly recommend them. S

Very professional service, quality work, affordable pricing! Victor and his team replaced my AC, furnace and Hot water tank last year. Very happy with the work they did. Greatly recommend them to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work, guys!

Viktor and his team installed a tankless water heater for me as well as serviced my furnace. They have done an amazing job each time. They were on time, professional and cleaned up any mess they may have made. They are the only HVAC guys that I will use from now on.

Price was fair and affordable to replace my furnace in my house. Victor and his crew are very professional and stand by their word. I Highly recommend Vk furnace as an HVAC contractor.

Viktor has been very responsive and always ready to help with all our HVAC work orders. He is definitely the guy! VKfurnace LLC always does the job professionally and beyond the expectation.

We did an addition to our home and had boiler heat before we started. Viktor came over and planned out how to turn the whole house over to a forced air system. The price was very fair, the employees came on time, were nice, and did clean work. Everything Viktor said got done and he was patient and easy to work with throughout a big project. I have since recommended Vkfurnace to everyone that has reached out to me and all have thanked me.

There comes a time in your life where something in your house stops working and you immediately panic and call all of your friends and family to see if they know a guy. Well I didn't so I reached out to a local mom and pop business for help.
The two technicians that came to my home the next day, less than 24 hours after I called them. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer any heating and cooling questions I had. When it came down to payment it was a price I was very comfortable with what I had to pay. If I I ever need heating to cooling services in the future, They will be the first people I call.

Always reliable! My AC and heat has broken a handful of times over the last 3 years, and this crew is always out within the next day or two to fix. I had a new AC unit installed today and they did a great job. Very affordable compared to the bigger corporations near Mentor. They are respectful of my home- I just had a baby and have several cats and they were as quiet as they could be. Very pleased.

I have purchased multiple new homes, and with each one was meticulous about the HVAC system, and how it operated. I can say without a doubt that VK has done the best job of any of them. My temperature is steady and remains constant without me being aware of the furnace running. Hats off to them and I highly recommend them.

I recently hired Victor for a comprehensive HVAC project at my home and couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Not only he and his team extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his craft, buy also showed genuine care for ensuring everything was done to perfection. Victor took the time to answer my questions, provide expert advice, and kept thr workspace tidy throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Viktor and crew! Professional, efficient, and affordable. I’m a project manager for a home flipping/investment business and VK furnace almost exclusively handles all of our HVAC needs. Viktor is always very responsive and often completes the work faster than anticipated. All around best HVAC company I have worked with in 20+ years!

Viktor came to our newly purchased home and installed a high efficiency gas furnace. He gave us the best solution for our home, and finished the job in one day. We couldn't be happier with it. Hardworking, efficient, and professional. Would definitely recommend Viktor and his crew to others.

When we purchased our new home, Viktor came and installed a whole new heater, and at an honest price point. We haven't had any issues since so I would say it was. a job well done! We also recently had issues with our AC unit in the middle of what seemed like the hottest week of the summer. As soon as I gave him a call he helped me fix the issue. This was a huge relief for me, my young toddler, and my pregnant wife!

This morning Mark came to my home to service my furnace. He quickly and professionally found the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend your company, especially Mark, for any HVAC needs! Thank you for your quality service!

We want to share our recent experience with VK Furnace. Initially, the service was great. They replaced our condensing unit, and we paid within 30 days as promised. However, a year later, the unit failed. Unfortunately, VK Furnace refuses to honor the warranty, falsely claiming late payment. It's disappointing and leaves us in a bind.

the tec who arrived was very professional, he fix very old heat pump unit same day. heighly recommended

Salem was an awesome help. He fixed my water heater and is overall a great HVAC tech

Our downstairs furnace was turning off intermittently and so I called a few local companies that had amazing reviews, but they all charged me and told me nothing was wrong. Fast forward to talking with a friend and he recommended I reach out to VK and I am so glad that I did. They came quickly, on-time, and helped trouble shoot the issue. Fair pricing and great service - highly recommend!

Salem is an awesome worker!! He fixed my heat, water heater, and also my AC. He came over and diagnosed my problems instantly and fixed them super well and fast! He definitely knows what he’s doing instead of just pulling up to jobs and winging it. Will be calling him for any future problems! (Hopefully I don’t need to call him tho haha)
