Salem diagnosed our furnace very quick and was able to fix our furnace quick and efficiently. He was very nice and explained very thoroughly what the problem was to help us understand. I highly recommend!

I needed HVAC assistance while I was out of the country and on top of it, on a holiday. Of the many phone calls I made, they were the only company that was willing to come out in a pinch and help out. They were very affordable, professional and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I came across Element after experiencing an amalgamation of different cooling issues with my HVAC throughout this year's hot summer. After recommendations from multiple friends, Mike came over and quoted the job at a fair price and reasonable time frame- even being able to accommodate me into his schedule at a much earlier time than expected. Mike is super responsive when my husband has had to contact him for different issues. He repaired our super old air conditioner then replaced it when it was time to let it go. There are no gimmicky sales tactics and he is very honest. My husband has him on speed dial as he is the only one he trusts.

Our A/C condenser crashed just nights before our daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Mike came to the rescue. Everyone else offered $8-11k quotes to replace. Mike agreed to give me a quote but to also try and re-fill the refrigerant in the lines. He was very reasonable and explained what the next steps should look like in case this didn’t work, as well as to prepare for the replacement. Our A/C is blowing better than ever before and he did it for the fair price it should have been.

We called Mike on the hottest day of the year so far 06/19/2024 every single company told me next week 4 weeks 6 weeks. Mike answered his phone for me at 1pm and told me he would get to me asap. This man kept his word showed up way after anyone else would have fixed my problem and his price was way way way affordable for an after hours emergency call my total was only $240. That is literally what some other companies charge just to come out that's was the total bill. Mike is my new Guy I highly recommend his company

Element Heating and Cooling did an amazing job! My furnace stopped working suddenly, just as the weather was getting colder. I reached out to Element and spoke with Michael to have him fix it. He was able to get out the next business day which was very impressive. Within 30 minutes of arriving he was able to accurately diagnose the issue on my furnace, and quickly get it fixed! He took time to explain the issue and walk through the cause, and just overall educate me on my furnace, made my wife and I feel much better and valued as customers. I would highly reccomend Element Heating and Cooling if you are experiencing any problems in your home. They are now my go to for me and my family!
