Josh came out to my house to fix my furnace and I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was professional, competent, a perfectionist and honest. He knows what he is doing and does great work!

Gilbert was absolutely a joy to work with. At no point did we feel like he was trying to just make money on us. He explained everything thoroughly and completely and made sure we knew what he was talking about. K&K and especially Gilbert is now our heating people.

Mr. Gilbert Sanchez arrived on time, was extremely cordial, kind, and highly professional. He did a thorough preventative maintenance check and cleaning of my furnace, he answered all of my questions, and I am 100% satisfied with K&K Heating & Cooling LLC and the work performed today by Mr. Sanchez.

My son moved into a new house and the furnace was shutting down and not heating the house. I had 2 other HVAC people look at it and did not fix it correctly. I called K and K and Moe Elder came the same day. I explained that my grandchildren would be there that weekend and I was afraid it would not get fixed in time. Moe immediately went above and beyond searching for the problem. There were rocks clogging the inside of the vent pipes! I don’t know how he figured it out but he was a lifesaver. He fixed the pipes and even patched a hole to keep the draft out. He was polite, professional and a good man overall. I will only use K and K from now on and I will request Moe every time. Thank you Moe, that was a huge problem you fixed for my family.

There’s seriously no better residential HVAC team in NE Ohio. This is my second home using them over the last 15 years and I’m so thankful I found them. I tried competitors 12-13 years ago and they were a mess. Their prices are fair and they’ve had a lasting solution for every problem that came up both at the old house a couple years into this new build. Cory was the one that came out today and he was awesome. I could probably sit and have a drink with him and hang out, but at the same time he was amazingly efficient. Just another good dude at a great company: I’ll never direct friends or family anywhere else. Multiple good experiences over the years now.

K & K did a great job diagnosing the issue with my heating system. Ian and Brian completed the installation of a new furnace and central air conditioning unit in one day and explained how to use and maintain the new systems after ensuring everything was working properly. All of the K & K representatives I dealt with were very helpful and professional throughout the process.

Josh and Nick did a fantastic job installing my new furnace. They arrived right on time, were professional throughout, and treated my home with respect. The installation was completed efficiently, and they took the time to walk me through how everything works. Highly recommend!

Gilbert the Great came today for our furnace maintenance, he recommended replacement of our igniter due to wear and not knowing the lifespan it would have left. And for the great part, while he was here a mouse that has been living rent free appeared on my plant stand. I lost my mind and he came to check on me, when I told him there was a mouse in the house he went the extra mile and helped get it out the patio door for me!

I have to say that this experience was absolutely wonderful considering the furnace went out before the new year. There were 4 wonderful efficient and customer service orientated employees (Ian, Josh, Bryan & Nick) who exhibited excellent customer service and efficient time management and detail.... Customer service was A 1🎊🎊. I thank each of this gentleman from the bottom of my heart. Great Job

Ian and Brian were fantastic. They installed my new furnace and air conditioner with professionalism and faster than expected. They took away my old systems thoroughly and left my home spotless. As good as they were, I never would have gone with this company if it were not for my salesman. He told me what to expect, explained the units available and made suggestions. He did not try to upsell me on something I did not need. I interviewed several companies and I am so happy I went with K & K.

Gilbert was fantastic. Knowledgeable. Polite. Efficient. Explained everything thoroughly. Have always used K&K. Never had a bad experience with them. If you regularly get your HVAC checked, that have a super reasonable yearly maintenance agreement. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with this company, specifically TJ, the technician! He immediately recognized and corrected the issue with our humidifier and advised us on preventative maintenance too. TJ answered all of my questions. We had a great experience from the initial phone call through the end of the service call.

Gilbert arrived early (which I appreciated) and cleaned the boiler in order to get ready for winter. I have K & K clean and inspect the boiler every year so that there will be no problems when the temperatures drop. Gilbert worked quickly -- he was finished in under an hour. He added photos to the emailed invoice so I would have a record of this year's inspection. He also mentioned keeping an eye on my mini-splits (K & K installed 4 two years ago) and I appreciated the heads up and what to look for so there are no issues in the future. Thanks Gilbert! An A+ experience!

Ian and his team were great. They were knowledgeable friendly and did great work. They explained everything to me when they were done and didn’t leave until I was comfortable with how to use everything. Everything was cleaned up before they left as well. The entire K&K team has been a pleasure to work with. They got us scheduled quickly usually within 24 hours and were all super nice.

Furnace had an issue with the pressure pump. No heat at all before we were supposed to get a cold front. I called K&K and they sent over a technician the same day. The tech, Gilbert, was amazing. Walked me through the issue and luckily had a replacement available. Great and quick service! Will use again

My parents needed an HVAC inspection done for their commercial building and I'll tell you what - anyone that can make my dad crack a smile has my deepest appreciation and respect. TJ and Matthew came out together to crank out the inspections. From the first greeting, I could feel how warm these guys were - super personable and explained everything they were looking for (without overexplaining). It's apparent how knowledgeable they both are about each individual component - true masters of their craft. I spoke with them both individually as they were conducting their inspections and they both had very similar things to say about how amazing K&K is. From the culture to the closeness, everything that the company has provided them has translated to their service with us as clients. It's like working with family.
