Mike came out and replaced our gas valve! We’ve been without heat for a week, He was very prompt and fixed it so quick, if you need anything relating to furnace especially with the winter coming up this is your guy. THANK YOU MIKE!! Great guy, great company

My husband and I are quite pleased with Element HVAC. Mike checked out our furnace and made sure everything was ready for the winter. It took a load off our minds to say the least. We also were having issues with our smart thermostat. Mike diagnosed the problem and we had him replace it with a new one.

I am so happy that we chose Element HVAC. We will have him come back in the Spring to make sure our A/C unit is up to the task for the summer weather.

I signed up with Element Heating Cooling and Refrigeration for a maintenance plan for our furnace and air conditioning. Mike was on time for our appointment and did a full inspection and tune up on our system. I am very satisfied. Exceptional service. Got to our house within a few hours of calling. He was courteous and knowledgeable and had our heat back on in short order. Highly recommend.

I needed a small pump replaced for the excess water that comes from the air conditioning. After the fee of of 90 or so dollars just for the visit they wanted an additional 450 to replace it. I bought the part for 64 dollars and did it myself in two minutes. I understand making a profit but that honestly felt egregious and unfair. I can only imagine how much real work actually cost and it’s saddening.

I want to say that I was very pleased with K&K promptly on time the gentleman MO he was very professional very precise and clean and very respectful trust me I will use them again and I will also tell my family to call them as well when they need help with heating or Cooling he was very good Moe so remember if you going to get K&K ask for Mo he knows exactly what he's doing

We are big fans of K&K! We've been using them for about 8 years and always appreciate that they are easy to schedule with, show up on time, are polite and knowledgeable and very helpful. This last visit, Mo came to do a standard furnace check and was more than willing to help us out with a request we had to fix a seal on our HVAC unit. He fixed it quickly and upgraded the material at no charge, which was very much appreciated!

Joshua Melnick was a great tech! He makes the experience better after the terrible disaster/disrespect from scheduling. Understand my time is valuable and taking off work to get maintenance costs me money - you cannot cancel 4:45 pm night before. Let’s hope the future appointments will be okay with scheduling person ….

Gilbert Sanchez was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He explained all steps, informed me of the cost and asked for my approval before proceeding with the work.

My gas valve needed to be replaced. He also checked the CO2 level.

Left us in the cold. Came home to the house at 58 degrees. Furnace was out on a code 3. Tried everything I could checking pressure switches and bypassing things to get it to work. Had to have a tech look at it because I thought the board may be bad. Scheduled a tech for $198 and he came by around 7 pm. Said the board is bad and would get me a quote first thing in the morning. Told me to bundle up and run the faucets. Supply house opens at 7:30 so I was hoping for a quote by 9. Nothing the next day (Wednesday).
Nothing on (Thursday). Thank God I was able to get it repaired. How can you promise a quote and leave us in the cold? Luckily we got by. If this was my elderly parents I would be even more upset.

Great company and service. Had them out to check the furnace, made repairs, and had another different issue a week later. Their tech- Mo Elder- was very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained the issue and took care of the problem. Awesome job and great service!
