We recently discovered that raccoons had destroyed the HVAC ducting in the subfloor of our Park Model Home. At my wit’s end, I called Jay, the owner of Toledo Duct Clean, to see if he could confirm what we suspected using his camera technology. He was out the very next day, confirmed the damage, and even went the extra mile by providing me with contacts for companies who might be able to repair the system.

When we filed an insurance claim, Jay promptly prepared a detailed report with photos for our adjuster. Unfortunately, the damage wasn’t covered, and to make matters worse, multiple companies I called either didn’t respond or failed to show up for scheduled appointments. Remembering Jay’s offer to help if we ran into roadblocks, I called him back.

True to his word, Pete, his Service Manager, was at our home the next day. Jay himself followed up with a personal phone call, explained their plan, and offered a very reasonable price for the repair. A couple of days later, the fella’s had completed the work, and our HVAC system is as good as new.

What impresses me most is that they did everything they said they would, exactly when they said they would do it. Something that feels rare these days. Jay didn’t just fix our HVAC system; he cared about our situation and followed through when no one else would. That kind of professionalism, integrity, and compassion deserves to be recognized.

I cannot recommend Toledo Duct Clean highly enough. Thank you, Jay and Pete! You turned a stressful nightmare into a story with a very happy ending.

We just had our ducts cleaned by Justin and Josh, they were absolutely amazing! I spoke with Jay over the phone to schedule the appointment and he was great, went through all the details, was very patient with me and so easy to talk to! I called and got in the next day! They came earlier than expected which I was so thankful for. They guys were very nice and took care of everything ( dryer duct issue) . They even took a look at my other vent and gave a quote to have then cleaned. Can not recommend them enough!!!

The 2 gentlemen that provided duct cleaning today were professional, respectful, careful with their equipment and mindful of our 4 precious pets while in our home.

Unfortunately I just witnessed a guy in one of their company vans driving on the highway and holding his phone right up in front of his face. He was also drifting across lanes and changed lanes without using a turn signal once. This was around 1:07 PM today 03/29/2024.

JL Mechanical saved my business! After trying 3 other companies that couldn’t figure it out I called JL Mechanical. They sent out a highly skilled technician and got us back up and running. Highly recommend 10/10

I just saw one of your vans run a stop sign in front of me. April 8th, 2024 at 741am Lenawee County, MI. Northbound Rogers at Deerfield Road.

You better have a talk with your drivers. Would you like me to send the dashcam video to your insurance company? It clearly shows the company name and license plate number of the offending vehicle.

Lenawee County does not play around.

The foreman of the crew was very demeaning and disparaging of competing HVAC businesses which I found annoying and very unprofessional. The foreman also made crude jokes which were creepy and not funny. The foreman acted like he knew more than anyone but I’m not so sure about that.

Called JL because our boiler system was acting up and they sent Al out to fix it. Not only did he fix it but it works even better than before! Thanks to JL and thanks to Al in particular for a job well done, we’ll be using them exclusively moving forward.

Gary & Joe were fantastic. Took out our old exhaust fan and framed in a new one. Very friendly and knew just how they needed to do it. Especially working around the suppression system. Bethel Lutheran Church.
