Unprofessional, rude people who do not respect anyone's time but their own. They cancelled 2 appointments and acted like it was my fault. Would not want them working on anything of mine. Wanted to give zero stars, but it is not an option.

We have used Schwabel Htg & Air conditioning several times to service our furnace. Because of the quality service, we asked them to service the furnace (several years old) in our new home. Without fail, there service here was equal to past experiences. We will continue to contact Schwabel for all our furnace and Air Conditioning needs. Lew Anderson, Toledo

We have used Swabels for our service since we moved into our new home 19 years ago. They have always had a really great record with the BBB. So when we had to replace our furnace A/C and hot water heater we let them give us a quote. We quoted 3 different companies that were highly recomended to us and Schwabels beat them all by a big margin. They installed all within 3 days and we never missed a beat.They cleaned up and took away all of the replaced aquipment. I would highly recommend Schwabels for all your service needs.

Bruce replaced my 19 year old HVAC system in Aug 2017. He quoted the same Carrier system as two other companies and had the best price. Beyond price, the installation was fast and Bruce went overboard to answer all my questions before, during and after the installation. He was exactly correct in predicting what I would save off my electric bill. I recommend Schwable to anyone needing a local, friendly and professional HVAC service.

Outstanding service once again, Schwabel! My son and daughter-in-law were being released from the hospital to bring home their newborn daughter, and their furnace went out! It was during the deep freeze weather, so your service log was packed. Despite the ridiculous cold and busy service call log, you fit in a service call so they could bring their newborn home without worry of no heat. Kudos! You'll get our HVAC business every time!

Bruce and his team were great arriving and checking out my father's old A/C unit. They were able to charge the system and keep it running! No fees for simply arriving! Half the cost of another, local company.

Excellent customer service and very responsive! Bruce came out and gave an honest eval of our current AC that was not working. Once he discovered the issue, we realized it was more cost effective for us to replace our aged system. Got the new unit in and running in no time! I’m very disappointed in the quality of customer service I received from Schwable. I attempted to schedule an appointment three times. Each time, there were errors: they contacted the wrong house, got the address wrong, and finally, after I did get a confirmed appointment, the technician didn’t show up. When I followed up, I was told, “It was too hot and wet, so he doesn’t feel like coming out today.”
I had taken time off work to be available for this appointment, which made the no-show especially frustrating. I expected a basic level of professionalism and communication, and unfortunately, that wasn’t delivered.
I hope Schwable takes this feedback seriously and improves their scheduling process and customer communication going forward.

I came to visit my daughter in Ohio during what the news described as an extreme heatwave. Listening to this company schedule and then break appointment after appointment was appalling. This went on for 4 days as my daughter gradually became more and more upset because we couldn't even visit her home. DON'T USE this company. They clearly are not concerned about their customers. I could understand canceling once, but not multiple times (Literally because the owner said he didn't feel like going out on the job today). Where is the pride in your family business? I guess you lost it as well as a customer today.

I was so happy with the same day service we received. Our heater went out in these frigid temps and it is only going to get colder, so we were quite concerned. Luckily, they were available almost immediately as it was getting cold in our house. They assessed the problem, called around for a part that was needed, got the part and installed it ins matter of hours They were efficient and reasonably priced, as well as respectful of privacy. I thought for sure we were going to need a new furnace, but no, Bruce saved the day!! Will be calling them for any future needs, too. Thank you for the quality service!!

I'm very happy with Schwabel's service today. Our furnace stopped when it was -2 degrees outside. They were able to get to us the same day, within a couple hours of our call. They came when they said they would. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and fair. Our furnace is old, so they could've easily tried to upsell us to a new furnace (& I fully expected that we would need it), but they didn't. They said I could still probably get another 2-3 years out of the furnace with the repair. I'd absolutely use them again.
