Can’t say enough about the crew we had from Mr. Rooter. We had kitchen drain plugged. Tried the local guy. Came the day after the initial commitment. Tried hard with no success. Charged me $X. Called Mr. Rooter, came EARLIER than initial commitment, removed the plug and charged $2X/3. Should have called them first. Less mess, better job, cheaper price. And they do more than just clean drains. I plan to have them back in my house.

Cortez was amazing! Very caring and helpful. There was an issue with a part in the vent, and he and his associates came over the next morning and were able st solve the problem. Helped with my annoying Delta cartridge, too! I highly recommend them. Professional and awesome. Told my parents to call Mr. Rooter to fix their plumbing issue.

Quick to respond, schedule snd complete the repair. Knowledgeable, answered my questions and gave detailed review of my sewer line issues as well as determining that I didn't need 55 feet of my sewer line replaced as I was told by another company. Mr Rooter was able to repair the affected area for half the price of another company's estimate.

The toilet replacement took a little longer than expected due to how the original was installed but Brandon was so communicative and helpful throughout, and was very thorough and careful to ensure he didn’t damage the floor while removing my old toilet. The new install went smoothly and he also ensured that the toilet was braced due to the uneven floor. I really appreciate the diligence and time he took to make sure everything was installed correctly!

DO NOT USE. they’ll do what they can to rip you off. Was told by one tech they needed to hydro jet. The next tech that came out didn’t do what was discussed, tried to auger ice instead of hydro jetting. Couldn’t get through so had a “specialist” call to tell me they needed to dig up my driveway and yard to cut out the pipe and replace it. I had another company come out and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes of their arrival because they actually hydro jetted. Everyone was very nice and good salesman but DO NOT USE THEM OR FALL FOR THEIR GAMES

I called on a Sunday and they were able to get somebody out to help me with my frozen pipes within a couple hours. Sam was incredibly helpful and thorough. He went above and beyond to talk to me about all the factors of our home including heat, plumbing, etc. It was very clear that Sam was not trying to sell me anything and was genuinely wanting to help. It turns out that my pipes unfroze during the day and he showed me how to tell if there were any leaks in the future. Sam deserves a raise! If we ever need help with anything like this again I know who we'll be calling. 🙏👍

Called in earlier today because our water heater is leaking. Was able to schedule a consultation and on-site quote within a couple hours. They call 20-30 minutes before the Tech will arrive to make sure you’re still available. The supervisor arrived before the tech (tech was on time, supervisor showed up early) and was able to inspect the problem and put together a quote before the tech arrived. Quick and painless. Prices are a bit higher than desired but didnt seem unreasonable, and I’m certain the service would top of the line based on the customer service. Everything about my experience was handled professionally. I’ll certainly call them first in the future.

Called in because my shower was leaking and they came out within 2 hours to assess on the week of Christmas, found the problem and had it repaired before Christmas day. Brian M. did a fantastic job ensuring we knew what was going on and how everything worked and was assisted by Edward G., Nate K., and Randall F. They did exactly what I needed in a short time frame, very professional and left no mess. Answered all my questions and predicted others. Give them a call if you have any plumbing issues, the assessment of the problem was even free! I've paid $100 before for other service providers to assess issues.

We've used Mr Rooter multiple times in the last few years as we get plumbing and fixtures replaced and repaired. This time Cortez Johnson replaced a basement shower assembly and shut off valves for the washer, and added new lines and shut off valves for a future laundry sink. Cortez understood what we wanted and was patient when explaining. He was considerate and friendly at all times. He was apologetic when parts were unavailable and was willing to come back first thing the next day. We were always in the loop and prices were given upfront before any work was done. He was diligent in his work and took no longer than I expected. The work looks amazing and we're very happy with the service provided. Cortez also noticed our washer lines were flipped and happily made them right for us. I'll likely ask for him for the next plumbing project.

Brandon was friendly, courteous and explained everything he was doing in detail at my parents home we are selling. Solved our issue and couldn't be more happy! Will call again soon as I need a drain repair at my home in South Toledo. Thanks for great service.

Noah was great he was just a few minutes early for the appointment and very polite. He was nice and went directly to work on my tub drain. Fixed the issue, explained some of what he felt needed to be addressed to avoid near future problems and said I could ask for him specifically if I was comfortable in doing so. I liked that. He is not a stranger anymore. He did what he said and charged me what he said nothing more.

We were in serious need of help with our main pipe busting outside our house leaking sewage into the basement and they came out, assessed the situation and began digging up the problem bright and early the next morning. The excavation crew did wonderful and put the yard back together and cleaned our driveway up from clumps of mud to even coming back the next day to backfill more along with the work getting done on the inside of the basement. All employees were wonderful to have helping assist in putting our plumbing back together.

I contacted several plumbing companies today and im so happy I called MR Rooter they got in contact with me super fast and was here very quickly. Everyone who helped was super friendly and professional. Will definitely call if I have plumbing issues again. Thank you so much for the efficiency.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink. We put in an online appointment request Saturday night and heard from them first thing Sunday morning. She was able to schedule us for that same morning within the hour. Cortez was assigned to our house and got the sink up and running within 45 minutes. Awesome service, very respectful, cleaned up after services were done and took time to answer all questions and make sure we were satisfied. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

He explained everything to us in great detailed and really listened to our concerns helping us feel at peace during all the chaos of having a plumbing issue. We called them because of a leak in our water heater. They came to assess the problem and scheduled to come back on Monday from 3-5.
I called in the afternoon noon to confirm and I was assured that we were on the schedule. I had to come home early from work to make sure that I was home when they arrived. I did not hear anything back and called them around 4 to inquire if they were going to come and fix the leak. The owner told me that they could not come that day and that we will have to reschedule with them. When I complained that this was unprofessional of them and that they should have atleast informed me by now. The owner was very rude, unprofessional and dismissive and just told me to shop around for someone else and hung up.
I would recommend their service to anyone. I am not someone who goes online and reviews business and this is probably the first bad review I habe ever left.

Called for a blocked kitchen drain I could not reach myself. They showed up within 24 hours and had good communication via phone call and text until technician arrived. The two young men were courteous and quickly took care of the clog which was further down the line than thought. They had the right tools and verified the drain was working properly prior to leaving. I would call again for future needs.
