Constraction reviews in Pickerington, Ohio

Columbus Roof Clean did my mother’s (Laura) roof. It looks brand new again and she called me to tell me how happy she was with the job. I look forward to seeing it when I come home next to visit. Thanks for doing a great job!

George and Lonnie did a great job. George gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. Lonnie cleaned and power washed our roof and gutters and checked all of the flashing. First-class job. I recommend them without reservation.

This is the second time I have used Columbus Roof Clean. Lonnie, our service provider, was courteous and professional and the roof looks like new. He even cleaned the gutters for me! I will definitely use this company again in the future!

Columbus Roof Clean was extremely professional, tidy, and thorough. They informed us of a needed future chimney repair, and successfully rid us of a bad algae stain. Thanks so much! Definitely will be using you in the future.

George and Lonnie are the best! They inspected to roof after our ice dam damage and repaired and replaced everything that was done incorrectly when the roof was replaced 7 years ago that led to our ice dam issue. They were prompt, courteous and very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Lonnie was so great coming out to clean our roof and gutters! I honestly can’t say enough nice things about him. Lately we have had our fair share of unreliable and dishonest service and it is so refreshing to find honest, straightforward, and fair priced professionals who respect you as customers. These guys are it! Lonnie is so nice, professional, courteous, punctual, and does a superb job! George and him explain everything before the job starts so you know what to expect and what you’re getting in return and it is done correct and fast. This is our second time using them and we highly recommend! They make life easier and we are so grateful for them.

Recently had need for cleaning of my comp shingle roof. Found Columbus Roof Clean to be very dependable and professional. They did a very thorough job on the roof and the follow up cleaning of debris was outstanding. I would highly recommend them for roof cleaning.

We had moss growing on one side of our roof and George and his crew came out and evaluated the roof and gave is an estimate. He was also able to offer a fix to some damages we had as well on the roof. The process took a few hours and we did not have to home which is always nice. The outcome is better than I would have imagined, it looks like we have a new roof! They also power washed the front and cleaned out our front gutters as well. The only thing to mention is debris will get a little around the base of the house but nothing a quick 30 minute clean up couldn’t handle. I would recommend this service!

Columbus roof clean came promptly to my house for an estimate. Soon after the son of the owner spent a whole day cleaning my roof. Our roof was is pretty bad shape, as our house is surrounded by trees. When he left the roof looked spotless. He also thoroughly cleaned up around the house when he was finished. We are hoping this cleaning will help extend the life of our roof. I would highly recommend this company.

Had the roof cleaned which had algae and dirt. Looks like new and brightened up the street side tremendously. Better than that, the company was very professional, keeping us informed of their plans. Lonnie did the work and he worked continuously, never even took a break. He was courteous, professional and a definite asset to the company. Clean up was great around the house. Most definitely use this company!!

Fantastic job removing moss from the roof, not to mention repairs in various places. As if those services were not enough quality for the price, the gutters were both internally and externally cleaned. George, the owner, has tremendous knowledge and Lonnie, the worker, has an exceptional work ethic. Both deserve great praise!

Just had Columbus Roof Clean, they came and only took them about 4 hours to do the job, and WOW
what a difference, it looks like we have a brand new roof! we are so pleased with this company!
We would recommend them to anyone! Great Job!

Great service! We had some damage to our roof due to recent bad weather. Columbus roof cleaning was able to quickly send someone out to clean and repair the damage! Highly recommend them!

Had this done over 3 years ago it was fantastic, however the staining started to return a little over a year after the application and I was gonna call them next spring to clean it again. George happened to be in my neighborhood a few weeks ago and asked me when it started to stain again, I told him and HE said that was unacceptable and that as soon as he had an opening he would redo it ----for no charge!!!!
His man came today did the roof gutters etc again went above and beyond the call of duty the roof looks outstanding again!!!!
Wish everybody did business like George Thanks again

Columbus Roof Clean was quick to respond to our request for a roof inspection. When they came out they did not try to sell us on unnecessary work but instead carefully explained what they saw and how it the area in question could be handled. Their professionalism caused us to immediately hire them for the work which they did beautifully.

I highly recommend Columbus Roof Clean. They were excellent from estimate to completion. The technician was courteous, arrived as scheduled, and spent the better part of the day on the roof cleaning every inch. Our roof now looks like new.

On the advise of a roofing professional I had Columbus Roof Clean clean my roof to extend the life of my investment. I live in a neighborhood with many trees and my 15 year old roof looked really bad.

Wow! I returned home to what looked like a new roof. The roof and gutters were perfect and the work area spotless. Several neighbors have commented how nice it looks.

Based on my experience I highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience. George, the owner, came out personally to explain the process and educated me on the " why" it's so important to maintain a roof. But what blew me away was Lonnie, the technician who came out to clean my roof. He was on time, polite, professional , and was extremely detailed with his work. My roof looks brand new! Thanks Lonnie!

From beginning to end, the service was wonderful. It is so rare these days to find a company who will call you back as promised, give a fair estimate, do excellent work, and follow up afterward. George was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Lonnie was a tireless worker who made our roof and gutters look like new. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

Algae covered roof, they cleaned it and looks like a new roof installed. George very professional. His crew member, Lonnie, cleaned the roof and went over and above what we expected. Our neighbors even noticed and called to tell us how nice it looks. Would definitely use them again and recommend Columbus Roof Clean.

Great service cleaning Columbus fungus from our roof. The job was said to take two days and it did as promised. Roof looks great. Gutters were cleared as well and some roof sealant installed as needed.. everything was explained and completed as promised. Very pleased.
