Constraction reviews in Pickerington, Ohio

I had a wonderful experience with this company! From the time I contacted the owner- within a week I had Lonnie (awesome contractor) come out and inspect my roof and take care of a broken seal and leak! He was also kind enough to inspect some of my skylights and replace some rubber seals around free of charge! Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future if needed! Thanks again!

George and his company did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. It looks fantastic. And they surprised us by cleaned the front of my house as well, which really needed it. George is good to work with and I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs!

I didn't go with this company, as another company contacted me first, and I'm SLIGHTLY out of Columbus Roof Clean's range. But, George contacted me very quickly, upon making a request, and, as I was reading my emailed quote aloud from the other company, George assured me, that my quote was fair. This seems like a good company to use to clean your Roof.

Our home needed 2 skylights replaced this past winter. Some of the shingles had to be replaced along with the skylights. Then we noticed how bad our roof looked next to the new shingles. It was covered in dirt, mold and algae. Columbus Roof Clean was our choice to clean the roof. The owner, George, was prompt and provided a professional no hassle estimate. In 2 weeks they transformed our roof, it looks new again. The older 15-year old shingles have been restored to match the new shingles. Thank you for the professional service. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Our experience was very good. We originally called for a roof cleaning, got a recommendation to instead install a new roof due to serious hail damage, assisted us in getting an insurance settlement to pay for a new roof and then installed the new roof. They also cleaned a separate gazebo roof. Every step of the way, everything was done professionally with outstanding quality. All of the roofing crew was considerate and dedicated. I highly recommend Columbus Roof Clean for your roofing needs.

George and his team were absolutely awesome. By far one of the best home repair services I have ever dealt with. I called George to get my roof cleaned. George cleaned my roof and made several minor repairs while he was up there. Even my kids were amazed by how professional George's team was. My neighbor got his roof cleaned by another company a week before I got mine clean. He complained because there was a bleachy smell that was in his house for over a week afterwards and asked if I had the same, which I did not.
My roof looks great. Highly recommend George for all of your roofing needs.

George was very professional and did a great job of inspecting the roof completely before giving us an estimate for a roof cleaning. The crew who came out to do the cleaning was very thorough and made sure to cover all the areas of the roof as well the gutters and the siding right under the roof to remove all the mold and dirt. Very satisfied and would recommend.

We have a large portion of our roof that gets little, if any sunlight. It had become stained and made our roof look like it was old and in disrepair. Columbus Roof Clean Made our roof look new again. There was no sign of the discolored portion of the roof when they got done. They were prompt, thorough, courteous and paid close attention to detail. If you are thinking about getting your roof cleaned, I highly recommend calling George at Columbus Roof Clean.

Lonnie was great to work with. Professional, helpful and his attention to detail when cleaning up after the mess that is made with roof cleaning was truly appreciated. The roof looks amazing! George, the owner is great to work with. I would recommend their service if you're on the fence, it's worth it.

Columbus Roof Clean did an excellent job cleaning and restoring our roof. Looks brand new! The technician Lonnie showed up as scheduled and went right to work. He cleaned the roof, inspected it and made a few minor repairs all for the quoted price. Even installed a decorative shutter that blew off in the last storm saving me a trip up the ladder. Contact Columbus Roof Clean before considering a roof replacement. I highly recommend this company.

George was quick to give a fair price on a tricky roof and layout while providing some education on my unique roof. Lonnie followed up with excellent service a few weeks later as agreed. I was skeptical about their ability to clean the shingles after years of neglect and algae/moss build up but Lonnie made quick work and left them looking like new. Lonnie even was able to do small repair work with some extra shingles on hand. Thanks George and Lonnie!

I just want to say what an amazing job Columbus Roof Clean did on our roof. The roof looks brand new. Thanks Lonnie. Money well spent. I would recommend anyone looking for a company that is professional and excellent quality of work. You found the right company. Also thanks George.

Columbus Roof Clean did an excellent job cleaning our roof. Looks brand new! The technician Lonnie showed up as scheduled and did a fantastic job! I highly recomend Columbus Roof Clean.

Roof Cleaning was done thoroughly and swiftly with good communication and the house looks tremendous. We asked about roof repair, but they suggested a cleaning might be all we needed at this point. We had moss and the like and it was concerning us. I'm sure we will appreciate the longer life this will give our roof.. The owner was super informative and timely as well. Highly recommended. Big bang for the buck.

Columbus Roof Clean came out to our house on a Wednesday to give us a quote. We were having a get together at our home that Sunday and we had our roof cleaned and looking like new on Saturday at a fair price. The experience from the first visit to the follow up call by the owner George was a purely professional and personalized experience with no added pressure to purchase services I didn't need. I would highly recommend their services.

My roof was dirty with moss and mold so my insurance company required I clean it. Columbus Roof Clean used state of the art methods to completely clean the roof and leave it like new. They inspected the roof and found a damaged tile and flashing that needed replaced, they did the repairs the same day as the cleaning. I now have a new looking roof that will last several more years without trouble. Lonnie did the work and he was very professional and knowledgable. Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient, and professional. I could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.

Owner, George also owns a roofing company and he is a professional in every sense. At first I thought the price to clean my roof was high but all reviews were excellent so I went with it. Lonnie arrived as promised at 10:00 and finished at 5:00 and the results are amazing including the clean up. I would recommend them confidently to anyone based on quality, value and integrity.

From initial phone call to coming out for estimate...excellent response time, pleasant, professional...very punctual when scheduled service.
Lonnie roof technician very knowledgeable, and detailed...did an excellent job and very thorough, also cleaning all gutters and checking for anything that might need fixed. My roof looks like new and definitely will extend the roof life. I would highly recommend Columbus Roof Clean if you want the job done RIGHT! Thank you George and Lonnie for an excellent job.

If you are in the need of roof cleaning or roof repairs I can't imagine using any other company but Columbus Roof Clean. Lonnie just finished cleaning our roof and I can't believe it, it looks like new and it's a 10 year old roof. Lonnie was such a nice guy and shared everything with us he did and even showed before and after pictures. It's amazing how much just cleaning your roof can extend your roof life. The owner George is one of the nicest and honest people you will encounter. When it's time for a new roof and any other repairs the only person I will call is George and his team.

George from Columbus Roof not only cleaned my roof but did a small chimney repair as well. The roof looked new when completed. He asked how old the roof was, and did a full inspection of the roof before the cleaning..and assured me the cleaning of mold and algae would protect my roof for another 10 years before I would need a roof replaced. We had the best looking roof on our street when complete.

I would recommend Columbus Roof to anyone needing a new roof or cleaning..I will call them for any future roofing needs.

George was very communicative through the whole process, and didn't even try to upsell us on a new roof even though he also owns a roofing company. Lonnie came out and spent a day thoroughly cleaning the roof, and was careful about avoiding a lot of overspray on my wife's plants and landscaping. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up after the job. Our roof looks great, and we are very happy customers!
