Provide lawn care for my HOA. Extremely poor. No regard for lawn or property. Better known as Gouge and Divot Lawncare. Would not use them if I had a choice.

One of their employees legit tried to drive me off the highway today... IN THE COMPANY TRUCK! How dumb can she be? There is no where you need to be that is worth risking someone’s life. Shame on you!

Worst landscaping company in Columbus. They are responsible for the landscaping at my complex. Never mowed on a consistent schedule, and when it is mowed it is terrible. Is 1 as low as you can rate?

The Benchmark team has designed & built 2 patios for me and in both cases his people and communication has been excellent. Quality of work is 1st rate.

When working with benchmark, you can tell by the sincerity of the employees that they are there for the right reasons. They always listen to me when I have issues or questions and I always seem to be satisfied with their work. I would recommend!

Benchmark is an easy landscape company to work with. Every landscape company makes mistakes, if they tell you they don't-- run! But, what sets Benchmark apart is that they fix the mistakes they make in a timely manner and try to avoid the situation in the future. Great job!

Great community members! My husband and I were loading the kids into the car on a street near Greensview Elementary in Upper Arlington. My daughter walked into the road and I yelled 'Stop' (or maybe hysterically screamed) to my daughter. The guys driving the Benchmark truck immediately stopped. My daughter stopped, but it was awesome that these guys are so aware of being in a residential community.

Based on my experiences with other landscape companies, I have updated my review and increased the rating twice. Compared to the other companies, Benchmark was significantly worse at the weekly mowing/string trimming. However, it did a much better job at spring/fall cleanup, leaf removal, pruning, fertilizer, etc. Benchmark also did a better job of addressing complaints and fixing damage it caused. Overall, I recommend Benchmark over the other 3 landscape companies my neighborhood has hired.

The ONLY reasons they are getting a star: 1. The lowest rating available. 2. They do TO AN EXTENT cut grass.

To make it simple this company is highly unprofessional. They damage property and the grounds they work on; to the extent that the ground was torn up and deep tire tracks were all over the ground. The workers also have no problem working so close to vehicles that rock/debris often dent and chip paint. This company also finds a way to miss large sections of grass and just move on like it never happened.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm not sure how this company hasn't been sued for damages yet. They weed eat so close to the cars rocks and debris are dinging against the paint. The first pass of the mower they blow the clippings into the car as well. You'd think for servicing nice apartment complexes they would take pride in their work or have an etiquette towards people's cars. Hell even when I was a kid I was taught to blow clippings inwards. But I'm glad I'm not paying for their services since they are always large areas missed when mowing; if you already have the weed eater out touch up those spots at least.

I have to just say that these guys are out there in the weather all day long while all these keyboard Karen’s are on here complaining. I can bet that the ones saying they were cut off by the trucks are the ones that are trying to pass either on the right, or are waiting until the last second to get over into the lane that they need to be into. These guys and gals in these vehicles cannot stop on a dime. They are hauling heavy trailers and equipment! Have some respect for these drivers and they’ll have respect for you! And all of you apartment complainers, just be glad that they don’t require you to go out in the heat to mow the complex. If there’s an issue, be sure that the apartment manager has already addressed it with the company, no need for you to get on here and bash people, if you’re not in charge of taking care of the property.

Editing, the drivers for this company are awful in an entirely different scenario one of their trucks cut me off and I almost rear-ended them. Second run-in with one of these guys, bad look on the company when you’re reckless in a company car.

Live in a condo and unfortunately these people are hired to maintain our lawns and do and landscaping work. They have no regard for flower gardens and rake over the flowers and ruin them. They have no respect for lawn solar lights, lawn ornaments, or other people's property. Do not use. Lawn careserxices are a dime a dozen. This company is not listed asa reputable lawn care service in Columbus. Please do your research and pick a better company.

We hired Benchmark to do our Landscaping design and installation after seeing some of their recent projects. The Benchmark team was great to work with and we are totally happy with the results. We get compliments almost daily about our backyard. The people we met on this project were very experienced and professional and we worked well together with Matt P at Benchmark to arrive at an outstanding final design. Without a doubt we highly recommend Benchmark for any project large or small.

It's great to see them finally blowing leaves two months after falling. Oh yeah, I had to rake and do that first. Thanks for finishing my job for me. You're making the condos look great......again.

I’ve been working with Matt and Benchmark for one of my HOAs for over a year now, and he’s been great! He always keeps us informed about any work outside of the regular mowing schedule so we can communicate with homeowners. Highly recommend!
