I just had a back patio/roof put on with CLMS. I cannot recommend them enough. When construction takes place a lot of different things can happen. The thing that pleased me most was that Tyler (owner) takes extreme pride in his work and made sure his guys and sub contractors completed the work to his and my expectations.

Our business, which develops and manages high-end apartment communities in Central Ohio, has been working with CLMS for over 10 years now. We have used them for new-construction landscape installations, hardscape installs, and landscape maintenance and snow removal at existing properties; with all of these services, their team has always gone above and beyond in terms of meeting our quality, communication, and time expectations. Over the years, we have given several other local landscape companies a chance, but none of them have been able to deliver as consistently as CLMS when it comes to quality and communication. We greatly value our business relationship with Tyler and his team, and we couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for landscape, hardscape, or snow removal services!

We worked with BJ Rose on a patio project this summer, and we would highly recommend both his & CLMS's services! The team was professional, responsive and diligent in working with us to deliver our dream outdoor space within budget and on time. All of our questions were met with detailed feedback ensuring a successful project.

Conor and his crew came out and did a fabulous job on re-doing the tiles we had in our back deck/courtyard, they were able to shore up the gazebo where it was starting to rot, and the end result was a beautiful, more useable space for us!

The crew were courteous, clean and even replanted some grass that got torn up due to the machinery that they had to use. They didn't have to do that, but they did, no extra charge.

I would definitely use them again!

The quality of work we have received from their lawn crew is atrocious. It's been going on for 9 years now. I've talked to them, my boyfriend has spoken with and e-mailed them, our condo board president, and property management company haave all been in contact with this crew. They shaved our plants down to the dirt level because they said a black man with glasses told them to. Communicating with this group has been very difficult sincw very few speak English. We have gone weeks without our complex's lawn being trimmed, last year it was months. I asked them not to put mulch down on my plants. (We were told to email property manager and red dot would be put on door post - which it was.) They still covered my seedlings with mulch. I just want to enjoy my garden when I come home from work and telax. What happens is just the opposite. I posted a picture here of a bush they mutilated, there are also crushed ppants on the ground all around it from their clumsy boots. We have it here for privacy and security. There is now a 2 foot gap so anyone can simply just walk up to our windows. We are about to file a police report and contact legal services. There is no path forward or resolution in any of our attempts at improving the situation, just a lot of silenceand shoulder shrugging when we talk to them.

We had a wonderful experience with CLMS from our initial phone call to the completion of our backyard patio, deck, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. We will recommend CLMS to anyone and they will be the first company we call the next time we have an important hardscaping or landscaping project. BJ was responsive and knowledgeable throughout the process and did an excellent job designing a backyard that met all of our needs. He consulted with us throughout the design process and was extremely transparent with costs and expectations for the project. The crew that worked on our project was highly professional and really good. And we absolutely love the how our backyard came out. The project was completed on schedule and the communication was constant and valuable. CLMS went the extra mile each step of the way. I’m sure there are cheaper options, but this was a big project that will have a huge impact on the value of our home and our overall happiness, so we wanted to work with the best hardscaping and landscaping company in the area and that was CLMS.

Andy and his team did a great job on our patio and landscape project. We highly recommend and would contract them again! They did a great job blending our ideas with their experience and suggestions to come up with a great design. Pricing was competitive and the quality of the work is fantastic. Their team also kept the worksite tidy and there was almost no damage to our lawn from the equipment, and any damage had already been fixed.

They do a great job. Very honest and always on time. Highly recommend First Five Lawn care.
