Reviews of local pros in Plain City, Ohio

Kristen McDonald is very knowledgeable, reliable, punctual and very pleasant to work with. She coordinated the landscape renovation for the new beds, redesigning the irrigation system and tree installation and was very accurate in completing all the work when promised. The 2025 portion of the project is complete, and my wife and I are very satisfied.

I want to commend Kristen on her outstanding work as she is definitely an asset to your business.

Kristen McDonald came highly recommended from a colleague & did not disappoint. She was kind, attentive, prepared & walked me through multiple design options during our consultation for a spring project. Her preliminary sketches were a great touch that really helped visualize the project. Highly recommend Kristen and EMI! Cannot wait to see the completed work.

As a vendor who has worked with Kristen McDonald for several years, I’ve had the opportunity to see many of her landscape designs come to life, and I’m consistently impressed. While I haven’t personally hired her services, I've seen the quality of her work firsthand and hear positive feedback from her clients.
Her designs are thoughtful, cohesive, and beautifully executed. Beyond the design itself, she does an excellent job managing projects from start to finish. Jobs are organized, timelines are clear, and installations are handled professionally.
I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a landscape designer who not only creates beautiful spaces but also ensures they’re executed properly.

Sean always does an awesome job with our lawn! Thanks!

Watching Gage was very efficient and thorough in carrying out today’s lawn service.

Paton was very, very, nice and a great representative of your company.
Thank you.

Did a great job covering our lawn with their product! Thanks!

Would have been good to discuss strategy for a couple problem areas. Usually they come to the door and ring the bell?

Great Job! Love Omar's Professionalism! And friendliness
5Stars!

Our lawn looks better than ever. We are pleased with your service every year.

Nate was very nice and waited for me to get home to explain what he had done for my trees.

Poor Communication on last two visits. Previous visit they rescheduled several times and then left a notice that service was not done due to an invisible fence demarcation for a pet that I don’t have. Today they showed up at home without any upcoming visit notification.

Ryan did a Fanta job as always. We appreciate his professional and courteous manner. Thanks for your help this past season, Ryan!

Ryan has always done a great job taking care of our yard. Would recommend.

Silas is very careful and explains exactly what he did and why. He was very thorough

Sean is the absolute best! Knowledgeable, extremely friendly and always polite. Great lawn results.

Brandon is always professional going above looking out for our pet by moving toys when I haven't gotten the chance.

Nathan always does an excellent job taking care of my trees, and keeping them healthy!

I left a few items in the yard before today's service. Shoutout to Cole for taking the time to move the items before treating the yard. Much appreciated!

Corey such a professional in the care he performs with my lawn. Never had an issue. Always loving my lawn

We’ve had a great experience with Ziehler and would highly recommend. Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.
