My wife is usually home when Ziehler stops by to treat the lawn. Today, she called me to say how pleasant all of the techs have been, answering questions, asking questions, and not pushing services we don’t need (read as not taking advantage of the opportunity to make a few bucks extra) - she encouraged me to send this note if I was asked for formal feedback via a survey…so here it is. It’s quite relaxing to trust the people that come to your home, so thanks to Troy and all of the other techs that come by.

Our lawn has improved so much this year. Our technician Josh B. has been great and answers all of our questions. Looking forward to enjoying our lawn more!

Silas did a great job taking care of my lawn. Always kept me informed of the day he serviced, despite the delay due to snow. Made sure all gates were secured. I appreciate him. Thank you.

Cole was outstanding today providing my yard its final treatment today as we all brace for frigid temps, ice and snow. Cole took the time to ensure my entire lawn was fully covered with essential nutrients that will pay dividends come Spring next year with dark, healthy green grass with no weeds.

Jonathan came out today to apply a winter lawn fertilizer for our lawn. Was very pleasant and very thorough applying the application. Great job!

Showed up on time. Respectful of the property. Took care with Christmas decorations that were in his way. Has helped us rehab a couple bushes that we might have been forced to replace. Great job!

Payton did a great job servicing our yard. Was even very helpful when our dog got loose in our yard! Ziehler has been our go to for lawn care for 4 years now and have always received excellent service.

This is my first year having Ziehler and they’ve done a great job considering the state the lawn was in when they started. My technician, Matt, always leaves detailed notes and helpful suggestions.

The Ziehler representative seemed sincere and genuine - as far as my review the representative was a complete professional, however, we are not pleased with the service - our lawn went from bad to worse. We’ve done nothing different except hire Ziehler. The initial desire was to simply make our lawn look better and we are now being given a lot of reasons as to why it now looks the way it looks. Cannot recommend personally recommend for your lawn care. We will be looking elsewhere for lawn care.
