Isn't it great when you FINALLY find a company that knows what they are doing, delivers on what they promise, and you feel you got a fair deal on the service? Metro Comfort Systems is that for HVAC and is truly best I have experienced. Gary, the owner, personally came to my rental unit on a holiday (4th of July) to get my A/C recharged and running last year. Since then, Jim came and got the problems resolved at another rental. Today, my decades-old heat pump finally died at my townhouse. They gave me a great price and next day install on a new unit. VERY happy with their services and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for the best.

(NOTE: When I looked up their number, I realized there is also a "Metro Heating", located in Hillard, Ohio, which I called by mistake. This review and recommendation are for "Metro Comfort Systems" in Powell, Ohio).

Thank you Jim & Frankie! Our AC went out on one of the hottest afternoons in late August. We called Metro Comfort and they came out same day- we couldn't believe it! They quickly diagnosed the problem and got our system back up and running at a reasonable cost. We would not hesitate to use this company again in the future!

Our furnace was not working on December 23. This was the day that the winter storm hit the area, I called Metro Comfort that afternoon and they were able to send someone to our house. The technician, Branson, did a great job. He was professional and efficient. I will call Metro Comfort in the future. I really appreciate the quick response to our issue on a day when many others may have been experiencing heating problems due to the severe cold.

Urgent service need with furnace inoperable in winter on a Friday evening with the family out of town. Jim responded to our message timely and Brandon was on site by mid-day Saturday to replace a capacitor and get the system running. Full explanation of the issue with transparency on the potential for other issues (older unit), however, no pressure or sales pitch to do more than was necessary to get the unit back online. Highly recommend and will make Metro our first call for any future work and/or replacement unit.

My AC lines were freezing, called and got a same day appt. Frank and Jay showed up in the window of arrival and hooked up a gauge to test the refrigerant levels, I was 3 lbs short on a 9lb system. They added the needed refrigerant and saved me money by not charging for all three lbs or the diagnostic fee (had mentioned all of the issues and what I had done to ensure it wasn't just a simple diy fix like cleaning the outside unit, which I did). What would have cost me well over $700 at Logan A/C & Heat Services (mind you that they were the only ones who would price the refrigerant out over the phone besides Metro), with Metro, it was a little under $500 but Frank and Jay were so kind as to bring the price under $300 without me trying to haggle.

I cannot say enough nice things about a company that in this day and age, is knowledgeable to get the job done and while at a more than fair price.

Another great experience with Metro Comfort Systems. Found our A/C was not working and for service around 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. Jim arrived before 11 am, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary part and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. This is very similar to the responsiveness several years ago when we had A/C issue. In every case we have found the work to be professional with honest and fair recommendations. Thank you!

Jim from Metro Comfort Systems came to my rescue! My heat went out and he was able to come out the next morning. He was honest and fixed my 30 year old furnace to get me through the winter and is giving me an estimate of a replacement system. He wanted to make sure I had heat and time to think about my next heating and cooling system without feeling pressured or rushed. I highly recommend Metro!

Want to thank Metro comfort for a great service. I called because our heat went out and Jim said he was booked until the following week but he would stop by that day. He came out and put a part in but he showed my husband he didn’t think the part would work and would need a new furnace. We knew it was time for a new one and he set us up for the next day. Great customer service!

I've had Jim from Metro Comfort Systems come to my home twice. One for the air conditioner and today for my furnace. Both times they have fixed my issues at a very fair price. They also fit me into an already full schedule on a Sunday because I wasn't available on a week day and they knew I needed my furnace working in cold weather. Highly recommended.

Metro Comfort systems is an excellent company that provides superior service. They installed a new air conditioner fifteen years ago at our house and have been servicing it and our furnace ever since (new furnace was installed in 2020). They do not overcharge, are courteous, prompt, and professional. Yesterday our air conditioner stopped working and, by noon, they were at our house to take a look. I thought for sure a new system would be needed. However, they were able to fix the problem for $298 (with a discount because of our service contract; would have been $385 without the contract). I really can't recommend this company enough.

Metro Comfort Systems has come to our rescue two times already and I will not hesitate to call them back should anything come up. Both times they were able to get me in on the same day despite their busy schedules at a very busy time of year. They were professional, honest, and made sure to explain everything along the way. Metro is awesome! Jim came out on a Friday and walked us through what we needed. He was professional, kind and reasonable! He became a fast friend of my daughter! On Monday morning, Tom and Michael came, and were incredibly efficient and personable. And, working with Kim at the office has been a treat! We appreciate them all so much! Called Metro on a Saturday morning to repair my A/C. I got a call back from Jim, said he could be there in a few hours. Jim was very knowledge, professional, courteous, and friendly. He arrived in the designated time frame and quickly resolved my issue. He also provided a number of tips and suggestions for improving the performance of my HVAC system. I would highly recommend Metro and plan to always contact them for any future repair needs. Also, I always try to support the local businesses here in Powell.

On a 95 degree day, Jim, after a desperate call, arrived at my house promptly and within an hour or so had my AC up and running. Excellent service. Jim was professional, respectful, and got the job done. I feel VERY comfortable recommending this company.

Jim and Metro Comfort Systems did an incredible job for my family and I. AC system went out on Tuesday Aug 6th and I asked friends for recommendations, one of which was Jim with Metro Comfort. My wife contacted the company and was greeted by very professional and courteous staff. Jim came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and provided solution options, and advised they could have a tech crew at our house by 8am Wednesday Aug 7th. The next morning a professional and courteous father/son team reported to our house by 7:45am and we had AC flowing by noon. The service was competitively priced and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in need of furnace or AC system service.

Just purchased a new A/C system from Metro Comfort Systems. Jim and the entire team were true professionals. After installation, our new unit developed an issue. When I called in the problem, Jim was back on site that afternoon and began working the problem. My air conditioner stopped working on a Friday night with a heat advisory projected to last through the weekend. I called the folks that had maintained my HVAC system in the past and they couldn’t get me in until the following Wednesday…..and never even called back to follow-up on that offer when I agreed to be on their waiting list. Thankfully, Metro Comfort squeezed me in miraculously the next day by 1:00. They were amazingly kind, did a great job, explained what they were doing, and had everything up and working quickly. They even sent a thank you note the next week!!! I am the thankful one in this situation. I will be using them for all relevant services and highly recommend them to others as well.
