Hottest week of the year so far, so of course my AC isn’t working. After an insufferable night with no AC, I went to my local FB group for recommendations for quality businesses in my town. I called their number at 5:30am expecting to get a voicemail system. To my surprise, someone answered, politely took my info and promised a tech that day, with a follow up call shortly. A couple hours later I had a follow up call and a window of arrival shortly thereafter. Jim and Frankie arrived earlier than specified (which was totally fine), they were kind, engaging, and very up front about what the issue could be. They were at my home for about 30 minutes and fixed the problems without any major costs involved. The air was blowing cold, and I was grateful for their help. I appreciate this company, their staff, and integrity. Thanks Metro - you now have a loyal customer.

Branson came within one hour and took care of the issue. More than happy. Know where to go now if any more problems.

My AC went out when we had consecutive 90+ degree days and the company I had been using said it would be more expensive to try and fix then replace and quoted me a price, which I felt was way out of line. Metro Comfort was highly recommended to me and when I looked them up and they had fantastic reviews. I called on a Monday, and even though they were busy Jim Frey came out the same day, quoted, (which was $2,100 cheaper then the other quote I got), me and I was able to get a new AC the next day.

Excellent service and price! I came home from vacation in December to a 49 degree house. Called Metro and they scheduled me for the next day, sent a very friendly tech (my apologies but I don't recall his name) and they got me squared away. Unfortunately my HVAC needed the guts rebuilt, but they went and got the parts, installed it the same day. I was back to normal by 9pm. Use this company, you won't regret it!

Was referred to Metro Comfort from the Powell fb group after my ac unit stopped running in the evening after an extremely hot day. Jim F arrived by noon the following day and was super friendly. It ended up being a bad capacitor. He didn’t try to upsell me at all and even checked the refrigerant and cleaned the coils. Would highly recommend to all neighbors in the area. I will be using them again in the future.

Absolute God Send! From the sweetest lady making your appointment to the job finished- they deserve 10 stars! Our AC went out on the hottest stretch of the year so far! With two kids, an old German Sheppard and a stressed out mom whose husband is deployed, Jim came to our rescue!! Polite, knowledgeable, quick and extremely fair priced!! They didn’t try to sell me a new unit right out of the gate- but wanted to get us working and out of our misery as quick as possible! I highly recommend Metro, Jim and their entire team! They rescued me on cold day after I must have tripped the circuit in the furnace when changing the thermostat. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was worried about somebody being able to come out on short notice before the holiday. They showed concern for my situation, tried to resolve it with instructions over the phone. When that didn't work, the boss made a special trip to do the repair, which I don't think he normally does. Saved me a lot of stress and more cold nights!

These professionals are all-stars. We had our furnace die recently. It was over 20 years old so it was time. Branson diagnosed the issue and gave the old unit some love but it was past its life. We had a new unit in a couple of days. He and Frankie were on site on a Saturday to do the install. It took about 5 hours and we had heat! The new Comfortmaker unit is running quietly and efficiently. Thanks guys for great work. We really appreciate what you did for us.
