Great company and great people! We had an issue with our hot water heater right before Christmas they came out promptly and fixed it! Their rates are fair and reasonable. You will not be disappointed if you call these folks!

Hot water wasn’t working this morning. Called Ohio Valley Construction and plumbing and they came quickly. Just needed cleaned is all. So Grateful to Jacob and Michael for coming out on Thanksgiving morning. Will use them for future issues.

Needed a plumber fast… called Ohio Valley Plumbing and they answered immediately. Explained what I thought was the problem and they told me they would be here at 10:30. They arrived a little early and even though they had other scheduled jobs, they worked on my plumbing issues for about 4hours. They were very professional and nice. They explained things to me as they went along. When the job was finished they cleaned up all the water on my floor. They even put new seals under both my commodes. The price was very reasonable for the hours they worked. I will highly recommend this company to my friends and family. I will definitely give them a 5 star rating.

My plumbing went out on a Friday and these guys worked tirelessly until it was fixed. They ran into several issues and continued working through them, they worked through the dark and weekend. These guys were awesome. Response time was dang near immediate & they stopped 2 separate leaks that were a real pain to get to. I didn’t have a regular plumber, but NOW I do if I’m in need. I would recommend them to family & friends for sure. 👍👏👏👏

This time, we called them on a Sunday morning for a clogged kitchen sink and they were here within the hour. Fixed everything effectively and quite economically. Fast, courteous and professional. Jacob and partner were great. I was having trouble finding someone to come to the house to fix a leak in the basement but they had no issue. Even coming on a Sunday pricing was very reasonable and the work top notch. I highly recommend.

These guys are HUSTLERS. Don’t trust the reviews. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I needed a toilet snaked. Simple job. They showed up late to the job (having already rescheduled the day before) at 1:23pm. Job was completed at 1:58pm. They come back inside to tell my girlfriend that the bill is $400 cash, $425 credit! For 35 minutes of work and minimal material costs. No invoice, or itemized bill. I get on the phone and suddenly their story changes to “they were billing me in advance for future work we asked about on a different day” (clearly a lie). Who would pay someone for work that hasn’t even been completed? Absolutely unprofessional business. Stay clear.

We appreciate this company so much! My elderly family’s hot water heater started leaking and they were without hot water and water was all over the floor. This company had the best price and was able to come fix our problem the soonest.

As it turns out, our original plumbing was a bit wonky. We were so worried we wouldn’t be able to get them hot water that night, but the guys stayed longer to help us fix the problem. They easily could’ve left us to deal with it for the night, but they stayed and continued to troubleshoot. They were so knowledgeable and were able to work out a solution to fix it.

We appreciate how honest the guys were. It never felt like they were trying to get more money out of us, they were just trying to get it fixed for us. At the end of the day we expected an extra charge—our plumbing was messed up and it took way longer to fix than a simple hot water heater swap should have. They just asked for the original price.

If you want honest, good people that will get the job done for a reasonable price, this is the place to go to. I know I will be going to them for any future plumbing issues I can’t handle myself.

Jacob and Mike came to my father’s house to take care of a plumbing issue. They were on time and very helpful. They told us what they were going to do and explained everything to us so we would understand. Most of all fixed the plumbing issue that we had.

Just had our hot water tank replaced and Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job! Quickly responded to our call and got the job done fast! They cleaned up after and even looked at some other jobs we need done as well. We will definitely be calling again and we'll never call anyone else again! May 9 2021. They charged me 350 dollars for a guy who refused to check anything. Literally ran a snake and left. Didn't fix anything.

They were great to work with and very personable. They we willing to come out when they did and work on my issue until late. I commend them for their honesty, attitude, and hard work. Thanks!
