Jacob and Mike have been to our house 3 times to help us with our plumbing needs. Very nice guys and knew their business. Did other work on our oven that I suspect other plumbing companies would not have done. We enjoyed working with them. Would use them anytime the need arises.

The absolute GOAT of plumbing! I had a couple of different issues that have never been able to be repaired. I was told that that was just the way that they worked. I had Jacob come out to put a new wax ring on my toilet. I told him about the issues and literally within about an hour they were all fixed. I didn't even realize how bad the issues really were until they were fixed. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. It is very rare to find someone that shows up when they are supposed to and you can depend on. He is very knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable. Like I said the GOAT! 😉

I have used Jacob for a few different plumbing needs recently including replacing a hotwater tank and water lines that were leaking. He and his team are extremely professional and do excellent work. Their pricing is great and he goes above and beyond to male sure everything is fixed properly. It's great to see someone take pride in their work and I will definitely be calling him again for some upcoming projects.

We called them 5 pm on a Saturday and they made time for us while they were heading to another job. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Because it was a simple fix, they didn’t charge for an emergency. Very reasonable pricing and communicated with us when they would be here. Would highly recommend!

On January 6, 2022, we had to go to court against Ohio Valley Construction and Plumbing, Jacob Burns, and Brendon Childers. They received a check to repair our roof in Altizer. Did not do the repairs. Kept the money refusing to give back.
Judgment is against the above on January 4, 2022. In West Virginia and now in Ohio.
Beware of similar circumstances.
We are still waiting restitution.

I had replaced my old hot water about 4 weeks ago. Paid a different plumber to install the hot water tank which he did. However, we could only get lukewarm water. He came back twice but same results, lukewarm water warm water. Then he had to go out of town. I did a search on line and found Ohio Valley Construction. I read reviews gave them call and they came in a timely matter. They had to re-plumb our water. The problem had to do with an upstairs shower that had a device that would keep the water from scalding. They by pass the problem with rerouting the line. They fixed the problem and we have hot water. Good company, great people. Nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

My hot water tank went out on a Friday around 8pm, called them that night and they came by the next day and installed a new one. They are some great guys and do an amazing job. They had the new one installed in no time. I will definitely be using them again.
