Ferrara Electric is a really great family owned full service electrical contractor. We've worked with Joe and company since 1995 and feel like they're an integral part of our construction team.

Had my main braker replaced. Didnt know what was the problem but was told in 2 minutes after he arrived. Braker was replaced next day only took 5 mins. Very affordable and reliable. No problems since then

He answered right away and went to help when I told him it was an urgent matter. When he told me Ohio Edison needed called he followed up to ensure our needs were met. He was very nice and professional. I'll use Ferrara Electric again.

Gave them a Called told them my issue I’m having. Said to text him my address and will come thur later in the day. Never showed up I called him again said he wasn’t able to make today but will tomorrow. Waited all day no show no called. Texted him and never replied back, so I gave up

Had an electric connection problem with our AC unit. Joe came out, found a bad wire in about 5 minutes, and took care of everything quickly. I was grateful I didn’t need a new AC unit. Joe was honest and fair. Those are great traits when you need electric help and not sure of the problem. Thanks Joe!

Been asking our Management company at Countryside Estates to assist us in getting a can light in our kitchen fixed. First, after about three years living here ,the fixture suddenly became obsolete. Then wrong one was supposedly sent. Back again and now since the whole unit has to replaced and now available,no one is remotely trying to get it installed. Since Ferrara's voicemail is always full there is absolutely no way anybody can ever reach him . So who is going to fix this? Who does not return a business call?
The missing light makes that corner dark in my kitchen. Mr Ferrara has not even tried to contact us as to when he is going to take the 25 minutes it probably would take him to do the job and contact us. Ferraras Electric may be reputable but seems like they are way over their head with work and their customers from this development have to wait an extraordinarily long time for a simple service call which has supposedly been arranged by our " Management Company"which cares about their renters as much as Ferrara's Electric! Be advised!

I was informed by joe that we needed a new electric box. That we could have a fire or knock electricity to entire house. I said to go ahead schedule get and get me a quote let’s move this along. He never called me back. And didn’t respond. Months went by. I had another electrician out and he didn’t know how it passed inspection.

They started a job and never finished. The owner Joe does not return phone calls and tells you they will show up but never do. After 2 months finally showed up on a Sunday and then asked to be paid not had no bill. Out of my stupidity I paid him for what he did so far but he never gave me a bill and hasn’t showed up since. Find someone else to do the work. The only time he will answer the phone is if you hide your caller ID.

Joe was a real pleasure to work with. He took my call and came out right away. Apperently the Entrance Cable coming into my house, connecting to the power lines to the meter/utility box was the worst he'd ever seen, and I'm lucky it didnt catch fire. The cable was so degraded that it was allowing water in, corroding the wires within and channeling water to the meter and breake box inside my home. It was a hazardous repair but they still worked on it. Not only did his team fix the line, they upgarded it to a 200amp service and added updated grounding rods. Now my laundry tub facet dosent shock me any more. Also they housed all the lines with pvc, looks so much neater and professionaly done. Joe also worked with me on the price. I am so greatful for that, everything is getting so expensive now, and I was not expecting this to happen. I appeacte you and your team Joe, You guys rock!!!

Tom was awesome and super informative. Was able to come out last minute and squeeze me in to their schedule which was extremely appreciated. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Justice was also very nice and helped get the job done quickly.

The best electrician I’ve ever seen with the best service! From the initial phone call, to scheduling, promptly coming out and updates of arrival time, etc. From the moment he arrived, Tom was very polite, friendly and one of the most personable people I’ve ever met. All of my electrical issues were taken care of at a very fair and reasonable price. A matter of fact, Tom was very upfront about pricing and charges before he even came out. Therefore, there was no surprises or sticker shock so that you would at least have an idea of what the cost would be approximately. I have used a few electricians in the past and I have to say that I have finally found my permanent electrician from now on! Thank you so much Tom for your wonderful work and professionalism!

We had a great experience using Star Bright Electric for a partial remodel of our house.
