Tom is now ‘my go-to’ electrical contractor after a wonderful recent experience. I chose Star Bright Electric for an extensive job consisting of an inbound electrical service upgrade and multiple panel replacements. I chose Tom because of his knowledge, willingness to design the right solution to fit my needs, his responsiveness in communicating, and fair pricing. I made the right choice! Tom and his crew were on time, professional, efficient, and neat. Electrical work was top notch! Completely exceeded my all my expectations and I TRUST Tom will all my electrical work going forward.

I got Tom’s info off of Facebook and I’m so glad that I did.
I had another local guy in before him for a second opinion. And Tom immediately told me the truth about that. I didn’t need all the upgrades and different wire that the other guy said that I did.
He was here early, friendly and explained everything that he was doing. He went the extra mile for us and checked a few things that weren’t on the original list. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic work. The communication and craftsmanship were top notch every step of the way. In and out in less than a day and half the price of the last time I got the same job done by another company at a previous house!

Tom and Irvin were great to work with. They quoted a reasonable price for our spa hookup, showed up on time and were professional all the way through.

Tom and James fixed our doorbell and replaced two bedroom lights. Everytime I spoke with Tom he was genuinely glad to help. The guys came to our house right on time, took care of all we asked quickly, and cleaned up the old stuff for us. You couldn't ask for nicer, more hard working guys, who are knowledgeable and glad to help with whatever you need!

Tom saved the day for me! Exactly the type of electrician you would want to handle all of your work. Thats because of his professional communication and process. He gave me the confidence of not having to worry or guess about the process and answered all my questions. I was lucky to find this service, I tried a few others that wouldn’t pick up the phone.

Great job Tom and Joe! Tom Patterson was on time, professional and the quote given was reasonable. He replaced our dining room light with a fan/light and added outlet outside. He even stayed to change the utility room lighting from pull switch to wall switch. I would highly recommend your company and definitely call in the future if more work needed.

Tom was extremely kind and had a crew out the same day to fix my service entrance. They have very reasonable pricing. The crew kept in contact with me prior to showing up so I knew when they were coming. Irvin and Justice were very respectful of my home (wore shoe covers) and very friendly. They showed me the final job and made sure to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Star Bright, and will hire them again in the future.

Tom replied back to my request for an estimate quickly. He always answered my texts when I needed to add to the estimate and got the work scheduled ASAP. Irvin and River came the day of to complete the work and were very polite and professional. Tom stopped by to bring supplies and everyone made sure I was happy throughout the process. They cleaned up every mess they made and even pet the cats! I will happily recommend Star Bright to everyone. I had called another electrician for an estimate. They never showed or answered my texts. Another company wanted to change me for the estimate. I'm glad the other guy flaked. Tom and his crew are good people.

We are so glad we called Star Bright Electric-we recently bought a new home and needed ceiling fans and some outlets added ..I had read the reviews and they were all good but it’s still nerve-racking trying to find someone to do any work/repairs on your home that you can trust.. They were very receptive from the very first phone call quick to answer questions, giving us a quote ,scheduling was easy and they got us in quickly- Tom & Justice came today they were very professional and knowledgeable got everything done in a timely manner !! Wow, what can I say but amazing work! I was given a reminder message the day before and a message when they were on their way...which was promptly at the time of service. They didn't step foot inside without putting drop cloths down in the floor and in the additional areas of work, like my bar. The electricians were very knowledgeable and explained things well to a commoner like me. The best part was that I really felt like perfection was clearly part of their operations. Once my light was up it seemed like a small portion of the box was showing and they went through efforts to ensure it wasn't making them look amazing. Truly amazing work, very friendly and super good pricing. I would highly recommend Tom and his crew at StarBright electric for any of your needs!

Two bedrooms and the sunroom and other random lights went out on our 1940s house. The owner himself came out to answer our service call. He was extremely knowledgeable. He found the problems with our older home and was able to fix them in time for a little girl’s birthday party this weekend! We are truly grateful and appreciate the rescue!

I couldn't be happier with the service we received. The owner is wonderful—a very nice man who was professional and completely on time. When we called for help, he came out right away, which we greatly appreciated. He did an excellent, trustworthy job, and it's clear he takes pride in his work. If you need an electrician, this is the company to call!

Tom was great to work with. He made recommendations based on our needs, and accommodated a number of last-minute requests once he and David (also great) were on-site. He entertained all of my unnecessary questions and even called a colleague of his that will be performing additional work at our house to ensure it will be handled appropriately.
