Gorgeous flowers, plants & vegetables with a large selection. For the most part very reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly & polite. So far never had anyone be rude in there. I like that they don't hover & press you to purchase something. Definitely recommend & will return. Definitely way bigger than it looks. Quality, value, variety & price is better than most box stores.Highly recommend!

Last year, several vegetable plants probably 10 plants. We're miss marked form what they actually were and what I actually wanted to grow. I was unaware of the miss marking, and did not get to grow some of the key plants. I wanted in the vegetables. They were uh, something far different. Then what I saw on the labels. And they said that this year there was a problem with mismarking of the plants, but did not make it a priority to
Notified to the patrons that shop there for the plants that they want to grow. I was extremely upset at the end of the year when I did not see the plants fruit. That was not good what I purchased. The owner didn't make good on it but still, I did not have what I wanted to grow last year. And uh I made the mistake of buying more there. This year and was told that they had a problem again with mismirking of plants. I what's under the impression that they grow their own vegetable plants for sale and find out that they do not. I then went to the garden spot on route fourteen and bought some gorgeous, beautiful plants that were large and healthy. And a lot of the plants from battaglias, this year, we're pretty much several of them were no more than just starter seedlings very small. Please be aware of what you buy. Because most likely, it was mislabeled, and that is per the owner that some of them they found were mismirked.

This year, 2025, that's a chicken. Boy no pass the owner of battaglias, replaced the miss marked plants from last year and my sweet girlfriend thought she was helping out. By purchasing other plants, there for my vegetable garden. Again, the world's worst plants I've ever seen in my life. Half of them died or are dying, and I pried myself on my garden, controlling the ph. Organic fertilizer, everything, one hundred percent correct. But again, I would not buy anything from Battaglia's garden center. They have the world's worst plants, which is so bad. They're plants, it's embarrassing for them to sell them. And again, if you want top notch high quality, great vegetable plant starters, you must go to the garden spot on route 14. You will get locally grown plants and exactly what you buy. You will get and they grow amazingly, compared too battaglia's, or anybody else. I personally would never buy anything. And Battaglia is again, absolutely the worst of the worst, and now it's going to start the Obama, and it's sickening that they sell Miss marked plants. Every single year and it's not a big deal to them. So please do yourself a favor and go to the garden spot and buy your vegetable plants. You will be very, very happy and we'll be amazed with the output. I commend the owner family owned and the greatest people. Do you ever want to meet and the most honest.
So, if you want the best go to the garden spot. If you're looking for mediocre, are garbage plants, go to Battaglia's and shame on you. If you do that, the garden spot is the only place to buy your vegetable plants and everything else because they certainly do deserve it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even if they don't have what I need they'll tell me where I can get it. It's well worth the drive from 4 towns away.

Every time I have gone to Bataglias I have not been disappointed. I am always amazed that they have just what I cannot find elsewhere. They are very knowledgable.

Bought 2 Monrovia seaside serenade Hydrangea plants. Very healthy looking but pricey. $ 96.28 for both but I really liked the way they looked. Very healthy

I was impressed when I went in. It was the first time that I had been there. The plants all looked healthy and beautiful. Staff was friendly. I went back a second time to purchase more flowers and vegetable plants.

Aside from the above superlatives I liked the crew. They were friendly and enjoyed their work. The lady that does the estimates is a superstar. I went with them because of a recommendation and I found out they have this Spider lift. The Spider only needs a five foot width the go through and replaces the need for a crane in some scenario's. The tree needed trimmed is next door and it’s a rental and I could never reach the owner for permission to go on the property. I thought I needed to go with a service that had a crane, a bucket truck wouldn’t reach. So, you need a hard to reach tree trimmed The Lumberjack is your man.

Quick, thorough, and excellent service. I had many companies give a quote to remove a large oak close to my house with large limbs hanging over the roof. Andy was the only one that mentioned saving it. Glad I had him come out as it’s a beautiful tree. The crew was professional, experienced, and did a wonderful job trimming and cleaning up. They even trimmed some other trees and bolted a maple that had a large crack in the middle. I highly recommend their services.

We have used Lumberjack Complete Tree Service for many years and recommend them enthusiastically. They have always been professional, safe, and efficient in their work whether it is trimming 100 year old oak trees or cutting down trees that have died. They are expert at climbing and also have a great spider lift that lets them get to spaces in the back of our yard that otherwise would be inaccessible. I am grateful to Andy and his crew for the service they have provided our family the past decade plus.

Andy, Tryston, Ritz and the team just did a day's worth of trimming, getting rid of dead branches, and cutting down two smaller trees at my house. The 6 larger trees were in the 90-130 foot range. They climbed two of the trees because of their location and on the rest they used their "Spider"!
They always do great work for a fair price and leave my yard looking better than when they got here. They also have two very knowledgeable arborist that help with future planning and care. I highly recommend them!!

Andy and his crew did a fine job on the trees they worked on. However we have been trying to reach Andy for OVER A YEAR with two issues that weren’t handled honestly and he still hasn’t responded:

One tree that was on the estimate and we paid for was not cut and we haven’t received acknowledgement or reimbursement for overpaying

A couple panels on our fence were removed to allow access for the spider lift. The guys did not reattach the panels correctly and left them hanging loose/crooked causing the gate to not close/lock

Lumberjack Complete Tree Service has the equipment for any size job. Andy and his team are true professionals that get the job done. They removed three oak trees that were over 100 feet tall that threatened my house and my neighbors house. I’ll definitely use their services again if needed. Andy is a straight shooter and honors his word.
