Owner of this company is very disrespectful and has a nasty personality. Any company that does business with her, I will make sure to go out of my way to never use their business.

I have never met a more rude,disrespectful person in my life. She has NO respect for humans of any kind. She puts people down for asking questions about her training or experience about her company and if your have ANY government assistance she will bash you and put you down. She need to come off her high horse and find out what REAL work is!!!! Please treat people how you wanna be treated!!! I hope no one else asks this lady or her company for any services.

Beth (the owner) downgrades and disrespects people just for asking for help around the holidays… assumes that everyone that needs help is on welfare… and she had the ordacity to offer birth control to them also!!! I would never let anyone in my home that has such negative energy!! She might leave some behind!!! 😷😷

This woman is extremely rude and disrespectful, she "bashes" people on social media for not spelling words correctly. I would never recommend this lady to ANYONE! She thinks she is better than everyone because she sits on her high horse LITERALLY!! I was told about her comments in a Facebook group telling people they couldn't afford her and I screenshot all the comments of her being degrading and rude. Do not use this lady. And you can clearly see from the other comments exactly how she is to people and its not okay!

Saw these reviews and felt compelled to speak up. I have known Beth and her family for almost 40 yrs. I was a nanny to her children and cleaned alongside Beth for many, many years. Beth is very professional, hard-working and has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know. Exceptional white glove service and attention to detail. As a very young and single mom at the time she always went out of her way to help me out. She knows the business and is very good at what she does!

The best dry cleaners in Portage county!

Got there a half hour before the posted closing time and the doors were locked even though I had just talked on the phone with them not even two minutes before that 🙁

If you googled “carpet cleaners” and this company came up, don’t call them! I was rudely informed that they haven’t cleaned carpets in 8 years.

They are my go to for dry cleaning and cleaning my husband heavy work gear.

Our yard has significantly improved over the past year since Portage Turf began treating it. I appreciate them communicating when they’re coming as well. I appreciate them not rushing through the job and tearing up the grass as other companies have in the past.

I signed up with Portage Turf on January 10th 2024 spending $426.49.

I have a new yard and I wanted them to help it grow and flourish.

9 months later I have had 4 "services" and my yard looks okay but not as lush and green as my neighbors. I have called several times telling them I am not happy.

I have a stone pathway in the back yard and noticed that it was cracked and several stones had been displaced. My neighbor told me that he watched the technician drive the big fertilizer machine over the path. My neighbor has a similar path and it also has damage.

I showed the damage to the last tech to service my yard and he agreed that the cracks matched the width of the machine. He said he would report it to his office. I have not heard back from Portage Turf, in fact I have never been contacted by Portage Turf other asking me to recommend them to a neighbor or to review them.

Their machines sometimes leave holes in the grass where they spin the machine around.

After looking at the emails from Portage Turf detailing the service performed, I see they don't send the same technician every time to work on the yard. I would believe that having the same technician every visit would provide a better service as they would know the yard and what it looked like on their previous visit.

I don't believe at this point that I will renewing my contract with Portage Turf.

Portage Turf saved our yard when another company burned it with chemicals. We now have a great looking yard and they help us keep it that way.

I signed a contract for my mother’s house and after the first treatment the lawn looks better. Thick and green! I will be using them on my own lawn come fall. I highly recommend Portage Turf!

We highly recommend Portage Turf Specialists for your lawn care needs. Our grass is thick, green and weed-free since we have been using them the past several years. They are very professional, always here when they say they will be and let us know if they see a problem developing.
