Rent, so there was some miscommunication between offices, but service techs were clean, knowledgeable, and skilled professionals willing to answer all questions and worked ensure complete resolution of the problem.

They helped me fix a furnace and I appreciated how quick and efficient they were. The repair tech was super nice too!

Purchase gas for mowers and snow blower. Previous workers always came outside and pumped gas for me. Not sure what will happen now with the new owners.

The repairmen were convinced I was out of oil told me the gauge was wrong. I just checked the oil gage is right on 10 o'clock at night . $100 for nothing.

This place has been in business since Hector was a pup ! Always friendly service , not your cookie cutter place for feul .

Tech came on time for scheduled repair. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting my furnace back up and running.

After 3 attempts they were unable to fix my furnace. I called Ravenna Heating and Cooling. They had it fixed in less than an hour. It now runs get! They only charged $89 for the trip plus parts.

They are amazing! Came very quick and great prices. I wish I remembered the service guys name. He was first class!

They have 90 octane ethanol free recreational fuel. But the phucker doesn't answer the phone tell you the price.

Best gasoline and diesel fuel around ( " fuel for me mule, gas for me ass"Popeye) probably the last place where you can pump your gas then pay for it. They have ethanol free gasoline which is good for small engines and supposedly outboard boat engines. Old timey analog dial pumps to go with your beard and flannel shirt too though they don't serve anything with pumpkin spice thankfully.

The service people were courteous and explained what needs to be done after the weather breaks. Main thing is in the freezing weather they fixed it an we have heat. I always call them when I need help with my furnace.

They are extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I've used them to service my furnace as well as buy parts. Each time they have been knowledgeable, answer all my questions, and all around helpful.

Really want to thank these guys especially their tech Jerry. Furnace was not working properly and with the cold spell coming in this weekend I was worried about my house freezing and pipes bursting. They squeezed me into a busy schedule and have put my mind at ease that my house will now properly heat while I am away this weekend. Thanks again guys!

We use Ravenna Oil for our oil furnace. They are a great business. They do their best to get out as soon as possible, taking into consideration your situation. They go above and beyond and teach you things you can do yourself.

Will never use again..they over tightend a fuel line and it ended up leaking everywhere.. I tried to get ahold of somebody and couldn't they don't work weekends..so I had 2 choices. Call anthoer company or fix it myself

. didn't get a response till Thursday..and owner tried to tell me I should of waited till Monday for them to come fix it..how stupid..so you meant to tell me it's ok for fuel oil to be leaking everywhere..I don't think so..they tried to tell me they weren't paying for the line I bought because they don't pay that price I payed..he made every exsuse in the book not to pay me back..I will never recommend them AGAIN

Worked on my gas meter to replace some rusty pipes. My parents always used them with no complaints. Very nice people to deal with and reasonable. When good service carries on to the next generation, then you know it is a well run company.

Jed at Ravenna Oil and his crew are AWESOME. Replaced our old oil tank within days. Then told us about a rebate program to recoup part of our costs. And the best part of all! We have a great company to service our oil furnace forever 😀

With a severe cold snap coming and a furnace that was "pausing" every few cycles, we decided that we better get a technician out for some repairs. I called into Ravenna Oil and got an appointment for 5 days later 9 to12. No one called or showed up. I finally called them and they acted like I was an idiot for calling because I still had heat. An appointment is an appointment. If you need more time call,text, or something. Don't you think I have better things to do than sit around and wait for someone who is NOT coming? The person who was on the phone at Ravenna Oil didn't seem to care one bit our issue, just wanted to make me feel stupid for calling

Highly recommend!! I called for service and they arrived within an hour . Brad figured out the issue with our air conditioning quickly . Brad was very friendly and polite ! It was a great experience!
