We’ve been in a sewer nightmare for almost a month. What started as a small sewer backup in our basement revealed 99 year old clay pipes that were severely offset, disconnected, and cracked. Because of their age and damage it caused an 8 ft clog underneath our house and front yard. It took two different plumbers to unclog and jet the clay pipes to discover this issue. Then the overwhelming quotes and proposals starting coming in. The second plumber wanted to call duke out that day for an “emergency” dig to have them mark the gas lines so they could dig up our entire front yard, and basement for $25k. He was really pushy that we do this immediately. We pressed pause and called in a third plumber. Still $25k but they mentioned that in the dig our entire front porch would be destroyed and those costs would be on us. Pause. Forth plumber came out, said similar things but said he would recommend relining and that they could do it but he directed us to Jason at CME and said they were the experts in lining. Jason called us the very next day and came to inspect our home. Not only was using CME the most cost effective option, they were very knowledgeable in their inspection and told us they could reline without issue at under $20k, saving our front yard, basement and porch from total destruction. While this was still an extremely costly procedure their team was nothing short of professional, timely, informative and kind, before, during and after the process. Please, please, please do your homework and get multiple quotes and opinions or just go straight to CME and trust that they’re going to do the job well.

CME installed a sewer pipe liner at my residence. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. One of the best service providers that I’ve hired across any home repair field. They arrive on time, work hard, and explain the process along the way. They are considerate about keeping the work area clean. They focus on getting the job done correctly no matter how difficult. We could not recommend CME enough! We chose CME because of how great the reviews are, and they did not disappoint. They just came out this morning and jetted as well as camera inspected our sewer line. After a year of issues with our old clay pipes we were completely prepared to hear we had a collapsed pipe, only to find out it was just roots and our pipes were in great condition! They provided a competitive estimate for lining in the future as well. They were super kind, knowledgeable, and fast to fix our problem. We will be using them again in the future!

I had a sewage backup into my finished basement at night and Rusty came over the next morning and was extremely helpful and informative. He explained every step of the process and what steps were needed next. He truly went above and beyond and helped even get rid of the destroyed carpet, so thankful for him and his kindness during a terrible time. CME did an amazing job relining our original sewer line! Jake Swafford, sewer specialist, did an excellent job assessing the problems in the sewer line, gave us an honest appraisal of the issues and recommended the necessary remediation. The team of Nick, Don and Dakota worked in our home for two days and successfully completed the project. They kept us updated on the steps of their work, were easy to have in the home and cleaned up very well. Jackie, the office contact, was responsive to all our questions and made scheduling easy and without delay. You can’t go wrong with this company!

Rusty came out to scope our drain/sewer lines to determine where and why we were having problems. He did a terrific job mapping out our system (much different than we thought) and determined what was causing the back ups. He didn’t charge us anything to for the work, video file or the new brass clean out cap needed to replace the PVC one we had. Knowledgeable, professional, on time and courteous. What more can you ask of a service provider? We are having the company come back to fix our issue because of the fine experience we had with Rusty.

He explained the process of trenchless sewer repair in depth, and after putting a camera through the line, honestly discussed the various repair options available to me along with the benefits and drawbacks of each one. He was happy to answer all of my questions and showed me samples of the materials they would use. After researching various companies and types of sewer repairs and getting several quotes, it became clear that CME's bid offered the best repair solution and was the most cost effective for me.

I received quick responses and good communication from CME office staff. Once the work had begun, the installers kept me informed of their progress and they were great about answering my questions.

The crew was on time and was very respectful toward me and my home. They put down drop cloths through the hallway, carefully carried machinery to the basement, and worked efficiently. They left my house neat and clean. At the end of the installation, the crew leader told me with a smile, “It never gets old - I love doing this. Enjoy your new sewer!” I appreciate CME’s dedication. What a relief it is that I no longer have to worry about roots clogging my sewer line.

CME did a fantastic job lining my 50+ year old cast iron sewer pipe under my house. Jason was quick to respond to my inquiry and was very transparent and helpful in his recommendations. We had very old sewer pipes that were cracked and roots were causing drainage issues. I called CME, and Alan, Branden, and Dan, and the rest of the team came and did excellent work at a cost much less than other companies. They were also courteous and very professional. Rusty Goins came to inspect our sewer lines, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion for his work. He was easy to talk to and listened attentively. We had a drainage issue, a pumping station, and a sump pump that needed review. Rusty thoroughly assessed each of these areas and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done, including which plumber to contact for each task. He even shared his direct number, encouraging us to call him after receiving any quotes to ensure we were being fairly priced for the work and to advise us on which brands of pumps to use.
He exceeded my expectations during the free inspection, and I would highly recommend him. I only wish he could handle the necessary work himself. Five stars!

I called CME to get a branch out of my sewer line that was discovered by a scope performed during the home inspection for the sale of our home. I explained the urgency of getting it done before closing scheduled in 3 days. Craig and Josh arrived the next morning, and explained what they were going to do and what different things they could try, if needed. They came prepared with all the equipment that they might possibly need The job took several attempts and different tactics, but they would not quit until they had the pipe cleared. We had to get our sewer line flushed out and descaled because of grease buildup, some minor blockage and tree roots piercing through the line. The team was so friendly and explained everything they were doing along the way, bringing all the equipment they needed. They were fast and efficient, I know for a fact because earlier this week Rusty Goins came out to give me the estimate for my pipe liner and showed me the video in real time!! He explained how they were going to put the liner in and all the other steps of the process, insuring I knew where my money was going. CME is amazing and everyone I interacted with was friendly and patient, from calling to make my appointments to the guys that came out to my house. Rusty the technician was hands down the best part of the very unfortunate event of having my sewer backup. He was transparent and responsible with the estimate. He let me watch the inspection, even sent the video footage to me after in case I wanted another opinion, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything they’d need to do and why. The crew was prompt, did excellent work, and Rusty stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process for any questions. Jackie the program manager was so kind and flexible on when payment was due. The communication from everyone involved was amazing. CME is an honest company and for that alone I’d recommend them to everyone. It’s a wonderful experience feeling you can trust the people working in your home and the only negative thing I have to say is I wish they could do more in my house than just the sewer.

Vic and crew just finished up a liner install for us and we are very impressed with their skill and professionalism. They were happy to explain the process, materials and equipment.
