Scot Donnelly came and presented himself professionally. He did the contract and quoted the price for the job. Garth Hall showed up for the preview of how the job would be done. Then Garth and his crew showed up and did very professional work and completed the job in one day as quoted. We are very pleased with Scot and Garth’s performance in this project.

We had a complex wall repair and needed our wall rebuilt only after 63 years due to the shifting ground around our basement. The service was outstanding, especially from Charlie M., who has over a decade with the company and didn’t pressure us into signing. Chase P., Kyle F., Scott ( The Mason) and Isaiah C. (work for Co. not contractors) also did excellent work, and their commitment to cleanliness and safety was impressive. Rob G., the Installation Manager with over 20 years at the company, inspected the work and provided valuable advice on repair solutions.

My pre installment experience with The Basement Doctor has been great. Drew and Luke were thorough and informative while diagnosing the cause of my problem. Both conducted themselves with a high degree of professionalism. Michael Smith was great with the install. Professional and courteous.

Today we met with Scot for an estimate to repair a damp spot in our basement. He was very friendly and gave us honest advice. Our conversation was “neighborly” and at no point did we feel pressured to rush into a decision. It was a great experience, highly recommended!

***update*** The pump issue was solved as a pipe was too long and didn’t allow the float on the pump to come up and trigger the pump to turn on. They came out on Saturday evening and fixed it no charge.

The install crew was fantastic! The left no trace and were fast and efficient. The end result is amazing as the picture show…. The first half inch rain comes and overwhelms the pump maybe due to the power being out for 5 minutes: I was explained by the salesman the pump had a battery back as the owners manuals states but now the service tech is telling me that is an upgrade. It was installed on Tuesday and rained Friday and they want to charge me $250 to come service it after I just paid 24k for the system. Not a fan of the Basement Doctor right now.

This co is amazing! They called ahead, showed up in time. Their work is great! They explained everything. Took photos. Kudos to Charlie, Mike Straight, Will & Jacob. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Chase, Kyle, Isaiah, and Sean, did excellent work, we had a team out to do crack repairs previously and were very happy with their work but this team put in an egress window in the basement. It took 2 days but they did an amazing job and cleaned up things perfectly including resending the yard where they had to excavation. They walked us through the entire process and sent us pictures of the entire process. We are very happy with this company and the guys are very professional and work hard. Keep up the good work guys!!

My husband and I contracted "the basement doctor" to replace basement windows with cement block and glass block. "Charlie" Murphy estimated and offered choices with the work as the house was built in 1965 and the windows allowed debris and outside seeds etc to sift into the basement. Charlie was professional, very attentive to our needs in the plan and fair with materials and pricing. We have learned to trust his advice and the excellent work on the job. Parker installed the block and was hard-working, clean, and complete in his work. Recently, we called Mr. Murphy to return to inquire about the foundation on our porch and he was again very helpful in reviewing what was needed and while inspecting the job found a hole in the crawlspace and explained the issue to us as well as better cover for the crawlspace in the future. We would call Charlie with concerns with other issues that come up with our home foundation. The basement doctor is our first choice for their construction area. Amber was helpful in our initial and return contact on communication and accessing the customer reviews.

Never felt pressured or given a hard sale on their services, and was very comfortable with the entire interaction. End product was very well done, and looks beautiful! Highly recommend this company!

Luke came out and inspected our home inside and out. I've had another company out who only wanted to repair the main issue - Luke made sure ALL issues were covered so it's done right the first time and came up with solutions so all the work can be done without having to tear up the floor of our home. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Update - Patrick and his crew came in and fixed our issues quickly and efficiently. He was prompt on calling me before and after each day's work to explain what was done and where the project was going. The difference in my homes stability is night and day and I'll be contacting these guys sooner than later for further services.

We had some Major foundation work done in last few weeks. The Basement Doctor did the work. We are very pleased.
Mike Hlavsa did the initial work up. He is so easy to work with. We had The Basement Doctor do work a number of years ago. We were relieved that he was still with the company. He did an absolutely thorough check of everything. We were impressed. (I had gotten another estimate from another well known company. The guy came, just walked around looking at some things. Never measured a thing nor wanted to see the cracks in walls of house up stairs or checked doors. Gave verbal estimate. Didn’t write anything down. Hmmmm.) I was shocked. Mike opened and shut every door, evaluated where cracks were in every room, measured and remeasured inside and out. Gave written detailed estimate and few days to decide. Very professional. He is nice and very personable. Explains everything to your satisfaction. He came up with foreman of our job to go over everything before starting. .Came up couple times during the job.
Sean was the foreman on our job. He had a two man crew. I can’t say enough good things about them. They worked hard, were respectful of our house inside and out and cleaned up every day. Were here 9 work days. Sean always checking with me to see if was doing everything that needed done. Did not mind being asked questions. Hope we don’t need the B Doctor again but would definitely ask for Sean and his guys. Could not have had a better crew. Sean is very personable and knowledgeable. The team worked very well together.

Foreman Kyle, trainee foreman Evan, Danny, Zach and Dalton worked efficiently to encapsulate our crawl spaces. Everyone was very professional. They covered all areas where they would be walking. Charlie, the Sales Rep, did a thorough inspection of our basement crawl spaces and has a solid construction background. Overall, we are very pleased.

The team did an awesome job at our site replacing all the downspout drain lines and making a repair to the foundation. The process was seamless from the consultation with Drew to the install with Patrick! Patrick made a recommendation while on the job and we appreciate the expertise and going above and beyond for the job. Should we need additional work we’ll look to work with them again.

Tonight we had an initial consult with Drew. He was very professional and good at explaining what was happening and the process with which to fix it. We haven’t had anything fixed yet, so I can’t speak to the completed project, but this initial visit has been a positive experience. We look forward to working with the company.

Lee Brewer answered all of our questions and concerns , discussed our options, and put together a plan. Patrick Beach came out to install a dehumidifier. He installed it exactly to plan, was quick, courteous, and walked me through the operation. He also left the area as clean as when he arrived.

Final was great. Installed our new sump pump and made sure everything was working properly. Demonstrated it to me and answered all of my questions. Would not hesitate to use Final and the basement doctor again.

We have worked with Basement Doctor for 9 years and have been very pleased with the company and support staff. Today Brent came by to service our 1yr old Westinghouse Sump Pump and went out of his way to educate me on its operation and overall basement and foundation tips especially during the rainy season.
