Patrick and his team were excellent to work with. The job was very clean and my basement is completely transformed. No more rats and pests and insects. I highly recommend working with the Basement doctor.

Everyone I spoke to schedule my yearly basement inspection was very nice and pleasant. On the day of my Basement inspection, I had Brent Stringfellow project manager, as my inspector. He was very courteous completed his inspections in a timely manner, Kept his workspace, clean and very knowledgeable and informative of his work.

Just had the annual maintenance service done this past week. My annual is more like 3-5 years.
Todd was on time and was he ever helpful. Wow. Never had an AMS tech who was so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in answering questions, discussing issues and providing solutions without being pushy at all! Todd is an excellent representative for The Basement Doctor. So happy I had the opportunity to meet him!

Chase, was an excellent representative of the Basement Doctor. He was very articulate and explained everything that would occur everyday he was at my home. Wonderful crew came out and fixed our downspout’s! They worked very efficiently, very nice, explained what we need to do to keep our lines from getting clogged.

On a Friday, September 6, I heard a loud crack and My house shook. My house came off the foundation and I had a huge crack all around the basement, several inches thick, you could see the outside. I called The Basement Doctor, and Drew, project manager came out the same evening. Drew was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about how to repair this huge hole in our house and how to lift the house back on it's foundation. His crew of Chase, Hunter, and Kyle were out the following week to start the job, which took three days to complete. They did an amazing job and explained what they were doing. The crew were also very knowledgeable, they cleaned everything up as they worked and even fixed all the dirt around the house and even planted grass seed! I was told this was one of the worst they have seen. I am so impressed with Drew and the work team, their work is truly amazing, they were all so nice and did such a wonderful job. I am so thankful for all of their help and support.

We worked with Luke Sanderell at The Basement Doctor to identify issues with our basement wall. He was prompt at returning our call the same day and scheduled the inspection for the following day. He was very thorough in explaining our basement situation in understandable terms. It is clear that he has extensive knowledge of structures, structural strength and support along with waterproofing expertise. Chase and the Basement Doctor team (Kyle, juve, Parker, Isaiah) were great. The floor stitching that we had done went well.

Everything was explained in detail, and my wife and I were offered many times if we had any questions. Overall, the team worked as a well-oiled machine and completed the work a bit quicker than expected.

They were more than willing to talk us through the process as the work was being done. The dust was kept at a minimum, and they covered up any desks and equipment as needed.

I would contract with them again, if needed. They were honest and offered their service at a fair price.

I have had their beams and waterproofing installed in my home now for right about a year. My basement has been dry and I could actually feel the stress come off knowing that my wall was braced. The dehumidifier has even helped make my home feel fresher and nicer. The air feels cleaner. Thank you so much! These guys were all great in their perspective fields. I had a big project that took 5 days. Every day they cleaned up and the final day everything was very clean. Zach came and did the pre-Inspection and then he conferred on a regular basis with the project manager as to where they were in the process. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they were all quite respectful.
If I had questions they answered them, they explained everything that would be going on day to day. It ran like a well oiled machine.
They did not charge me anything extra if they found something that was not caught in the initial inspection and they worked to get permits quickly from the city and the city did come out to inspect which was great and went very smoothly .
The project like I said just finished and everything seems fine .
They worked with me on pricing.
I did have 3 companies come but these guys were able to get me in the quickest due to a cancellation I believe but nevertheless, that was the main reason I chose them as my basement needed help.
If you need waterproofing done , sump pump replacing and all the other things they do. Definitely make them one on your list to check out .

My sump pump started to make noises and upon investigating through my owners manual saw where I needed help. Called Patrick from Basement Doctors who did my install for Columbus Blueprint and he came by and fixed the problem. Prompt, courteous and no nonsense. I heartily recommend!

I would highly recommend Basement Doctor to anyone looking to have work done. They were GREAT to work with from start to finish. We were needing to get some issues assessed and fixed before we could close on our house. Scot was very personable, professional and explained everything that would need to be done. I had a fantastic experience with The Basement Doctor. Evan and his team were extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Evan made sure everything was explained clearly to me – always inquiring if I had any questions.

Evan, along with Danny, Jonny, and Dalton completed the work remarkably fast given what the job entailed. And, considering they had to break up concrete, I was amazed at how clean they left the basement. They hung plastic sheets, carefully covered everything, and went above and beyond to keep dust off the surrounding areas.
