We bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and paid for installation and haul away of our old dishwasher. Home Depot arrived on the day of delivery and told us they could not install the dishwasher because the water hookup was on a different level. We had already been without a dishwasher for close to a month and did not want to wait any longer! We contacted Plumbing Tech and were able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to come out. Kyle did an amazing job installing the new dishwasher and had zero issues. We were up and running in no time! Thank you Plumbing Tech for saving the day! We highly recommend them!

Kyle worked on the plumbing and gas lines for my pool and garage. Everything was done professionally, efficiently and exactly as I was quoted. No surprises and he did a wonderful job. His staff were friendly and helpful with scheduling. I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Tech to anyone.

Plumbing Tech repaired our gas water heater and did a great job. One company insisted we needed a new tank and they would replace it for $4,700. Needless to say, we are very pleased with Plumbing Tech. Wes, the plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and very informative. Everyone I spoke with from this company was friendly, kind and informative and concerned about providing good service. I really can’t compliment them enough. Great job!! Thank you.

UPDATE as of 8/7/2024
Another part on our nearly 10 year old water heater failed after replacing the gas valve. The next time anything fails we will need to replace the tank but Plumbing Tech and Wes in particular has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Plumbing Tech for water heater issues and really appreciate the great customer service. Thank you.

We had a blockage in our main flow line and found the issue the evening of Thanksgiving 2024. I called a handful of Plumbers on Black Friday. They only company that answered the phone was Plumbing Tech. They came out on the following Monday to confirm the root (pun intended) of our problem. Kyle was on time, friendly, and explained what was going on. I latter that day got a call from Wes to discuss the options. Their price was very fair and all work was completed. The price quoted was the price paid. Everything was cleaned up and works great. It is so nice to have water flow again. From Wes, Kyle, Mary Beth, Kelly, and Nick's team they were friendly and extremely good at what they do. It was nice working with a company that made you feel they cared as much as the home owner. I have my new plumbing/sewer company if and when we need further help.

We had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Tech. We heard of them from 2 neighbors who also used them and were beyond satisfied with the work! Wes came out to check our underground drainage as well as change out leaky outdoor spigots. We live in an older home and some of the work wasn’t straightforward. He took extra time and care to make sure everything was done properly and safely. Coordination with the office staff was easy and effortless. They were very organized and detailed when explaining options and pricing. We will definitely use them again!

We could not have been more pleased with the work of Garry and Plumbing Tech on the excavation job we had done. Garry and Blake did an amazing job with not only their explanation, but also all the work they did. The overall communication and honesty was refreshing and really stood out with everyone involved. I would gladly recommend Plumbing Tech to anyone I know. Cannot thank them enough on making a difficult situation a whole lot easier.

Have used PlumbingTech for a variety of plumbing problems over the past year. I have been happy with the quality of their service and the professionalism of the Techs that did the work. They have always responded in a timely manner. Elias was the Tech who arrived to fix my latest problem. He was on time for the appointment (early actually, after arrangements via phone call). He had a professional appearance, was polite, seemed knowledgeable, and after discussing a few options to fix the problem, he did the work I agreed to quickly, skillfully, and left a clean workspace.

Mary Beth was polite answering all questions and keeping us advise on our technician's status.

Our technician, Elias Bradley, arrived on-time and was very professional. He answered all questions and provided explanations. Elias performed the work in an efficient and timely manner.

The cost charged for the work performed was fair and reasonable.

Wow what a great experience with Plumbing Tech!! Elias was probably THE nicest service technician we’ve ever had in our home and so professional! Not to mention he checked our water pressure first before he did any work and after he determined we needed a new garbage disposal, he went to his truck to get one (he brought one just in case!) and installed it in record time! Highly recommend Plumbing Tech!!

Plumbing tech was very responsive when we called about a water leak. Marybeth and Kelly were so easy to work with and very responsive. Gary did a wonderful job. He explained everything he was doing and took pre and post pictures for us. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did. Would recommend him without hesitation. If I could give more stars I would! I could not say enough wonderful things about this company. Our drains backed up in our home and we were in a panic. We reached out to our community for referrals and Plumbing Tech came highly recommended. We called the office and they were able to come out the same day. Blake, as well as the entire staff, were very thorough and communicated every step of of the way. Immediately putting us at ease. We were given multiple options, as well as upfront pricing… and the best part, absolutely no pressure!!! They were very professional and started the work immediately. When the work was complete, they cleaned up and then walked us through everything to make sure we were happy. We will only use Plumbing Tech from now on and absolutely recommend them to everyone we know!
