I was satisfied with the tech who came out - he was friendly, communicated clearly and did a good job with the work. He also cleaned up well, which I appreciated. However, the process they use to provide pricing is a bit odd. After the tech evaluates the job, he goes to wait in the truck while you wait for a call from the office with the quote. It felt inefficient and, honestly, a little shady from the customer perspective. Overall, the service was good, but the pricing workflow could use improvement.

Dylan came twice to unclog a very clogged pipe (which unfortunately runs under our slab). He was very professional and was very helpful explaining both his work and our options.
