Semper Fi Plumbing

When I hired Semper Fi Plumbing I was expecting total communication. This did not happen. We needed all new pipes wtih insulation added to protect those new pipes. Although the employee, Justin did excellent work, his boss, Chuck, took the decision to have our water shut off away from us. His reasoning was that at the time no one lived there. He failed to have us the customers make that decision! We had contractors working there during the day and without water, they were not able to use the bathrooms. Also Chuck's shutting off the water allowed the pipes to freeze since he instructed his employees to just use foam pipe insulation. And he had to come out to thaw them out. Chuck's decision delayed my step daughter from moving in by three weeks! Also, Chuck failed to insulate our mobile home's pipes with heat tape. Chuck stated he follows Ohio Plumbing code which does not list heat tape. Most State's codes are outdated. Chuck should have followed the Best Plumbing Practices especially for northern Ohio which has severe winters. This was an additional reason our pipes froze. Chuck stated there was no electrical hookup for the heat tape nor was there any on the existing pipes prior to replacing the pipes with new ones. Wrong! The mobile home park's management prior to the sale to us inspected the home and there was tape on the pipes! Also the new plumber we hired to correct Chuck's decision to not use heat tape, stated he found the electric outlet and it was having current in the line and he would be able to install the heat tape without any problem. It you own a mobile home, I would not use Semper Fi Plumbing to address your needs.

Had an emergency at the office and Semper Fi Plumbing did not disappoint!! Came within a hour of calling them, kept me updated with text upon arrival. The Technician kept us up on the situation at all times. They did a thorough job and fixed the major problem within a hours time. I have them coming back for a non-emergency appointment! Semper Fi! 🇺🇸 Highly recommend!!

Justin was professional and courteous. Service took into consideration what was needed to complete the job effectively and efficiently. Also acknowledged our prior business with Semper Fi.
