Service man arrived on time. He did examine the furnace in a professional way.

Cancelled my appointment for an estimate 10 minutes after it was supposed to happen. I’m a big fan of American Standard and these guys are right down the street from me. Big disappointment. For context, the “family emergency” was a spouses broken down car. That’s what I was told. And again I was contacted 10 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. A broken down car shouldn’t take all day to handle either. Make some adjustments to accommodate the appointment you had committed to a week ago.

The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything that was done and offered to answer any questions.

The company owner came out to quote a new air handler for the company I work for. He was very knowledgeable and professional. They were awarded the job. Removal and installation were scheduled quickly. Technicians did a great job. Arrived on time and everything was spotless when the work was completed. Would highly recommend.

Last year we had JD Indoor Comfort install a new furnace, AC unit, and hot water tank. They did an amazing job and everything has been working great. We had our annual furnace check up this year and feel confident that everything will run smoothly this winter. The Service Technician was on time and did a great job! I would highly recommend them.

Called on day 3 of a "heat dome". Answered the phone promptly and provided immediate friendly service. Josh was at my house within hours. He worked quickly and explained everything including prices. AC was back up and running quickly!

I paid for the trip charge and diagnostic report. I never received any information on what will fix my problem. I still have no cooling. I am fixing on my own because the technician couldn’t get in touch with his service manager to see what he thought. $247.50 cents down the drain.

Experiencing higher than normal temperatures, Having medical issues and other circumstances made my situation somewhat of an emergency. JD Indoor Comfort was kind enough to squeeze me in.

This company seems to be a well managed company and has good installers. Everyone I delt with was friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a situation where a lot of ducts in a tight area needed to be temporarily removed and reinstalled in order to access a leak in a waterline.
Jim the install manager came out to see what the situation looked like and to evaluate what needed to be done.
He sent me a fair written estimate by 9:00 am the next morning.
The installers (Mike and Brendon) did a great job. I was amazed with how they were able to remove and reinstall in such a tight work area.
