Kyle was very professional and personable from start to finish. He was very accommodating with working around my schedule. I have worked with multiple landscapers in the past, and I can say hands-down Klein outdoors is the best.

I have since reached back out to Klein outdoors for a second project.

Kyle is great to work with. We had a design concept and Kyle patiently worked through many versions of our design, color and texture decisions. Kyle and his crew were efficient, clean, super friendly and did not say no to anything. We couldn’t be more happy with our patio, landscaping and outdoor living space.

I highly recommend Kyle and his crew! This has been a wonderful experience to entrust their expertise, professionalism, and integrity. Kyle updated us along the way, communicated with the city and with permits, the crew were respectful and friendly, they all heard our concerns and followed through with everything they said they would and we have excellent results! I am looking forward to having Kyle back for future projects. He is awesome to work with; thoughtful and honest. This is a contractor that is hard to come by and does not hesitate to make sure the job gets done correctly and for the long term results to want to have as a homeowner. I feel so lucky to have found them! KLEIN OUTDOORS IS AMAZING!

We hired Klein Outdoors to do our paver patio project several years ago. I waited to post a review because I wanted to see how the patio settled and how the follow up would be if there were any issues. As expected with any paver patio project, there were areas that settled. Kyle offered to come out and address the areas at no charge(!) and those were completed this week. Although it took several months of communication back and forth to get the work completed, I am grateful that Kyle followed through with his commitment which is more than most contractors in this business would do. I appreciated that Kyle custom designed a combination fire pit and waterfall for us since it was something I’d envisioned on a patio three homes ago. LOL! We get so many compliments on it! The loss of one star is solely a reflection of communication vs quality of work and honestly is typical of most contractors in my experience. Kyle is better than most at communication and thankfully has never ghosted us in that respect, but proactive communication regarding schedule changes due to project delays or weather would earn the extra star. I will definitely continue to recommend Kyle Outdoors to others and use them if we have future projects.

We hired Klein Outdoors to redo our old, worn patio & deck and replace our fence. Kyle created a video rendering of his plan that was fantastic! He turned our ‘courtyard’ into an oasis! We are beyond pleased with the quality of the work, the timeline and the price for the project. Kyle and his crew are genuine ‘good guys’ and we highly recommend Klein Outdoors.

It all looks great and they have been responsive.

They canceled my upcoming appointment, I made the appointment over a week ago, took a 1/2 day off of work to be present for the appointment -they blamed it on the weather and being short staffed. They lost my business.

Called them for a estimate on landscaping for the house and they gave me a time and date they'll be out and it ended up them being a No show/ No call. Can't run a business not caring for the small jobs! Never recommend this place!

Broke my hip and explained that when calling. Wanted grass cutting and lawn treatments. WAS LAUGHED AT. We don't have any room in our routes this late in the season, I was told. Thank you for the total disrespect. Guess you have too much business.

For starters, I called asking about gravel. Just run of the mill road gravel. The woman over the phone said they charge by the yard, not by the ton. She said it was $34/yard (which is about a ton anyways...) I get to the place and ask the woman at the counter for 2 yards of limestone gravel. She says that they charge by the ton, not the yard AND the gravel I needed was not $34 per yard but it was $49 per ton... Bit of a difference there. Ended up getting a lot less than I needed anyways just because of the price. They do pretty shotty landscaping anyways. Idk how they're in business honestly. Most of their groundsmen are on drugs.

They leave grass from discharge of mower on patio three weeks in a row now. Today fertilizer pellets are left also. Quality goes down every year. It's like they don't see it needs blown off. If their mower puts it there their blower should remove it. They run into things to get close enough so less trimming.

Installed sprinkler system for me 1&1/2 years ago. The one zone never ran right. Contacted them about it they said in the spring when system was turned back on they would check. All they did was replace head with a higher gpm head. Still didn’t seem right. I had a real company come out this spring and right away they realized that there was a leak in the system. Wow brunners didn’t realize it when installed or the following season. Bad craftsmanship horrible techs stay away and find another company!!!!!!

Horrible customer service.....called to report problem with sprinkler system being turned off after backflow inspection or questioned whether or not backflow inspection was ever done and was spoken to in a manner very unprofessional. Will not be using their services again.

Brunner Landscaping saves the day!! We called them at 7am with an irrigation problem and by 9am (the same day!) it was solved. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Truly appreciate local companies with a knack for client service. First time client but will definitely be back.
