We were very happy with the service provided by Luxury Heating. The service tech was very knowledgeable and found some things that would have cost us $$$ down the road. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Kaitlin was supposed to come between 4-8 PM and she called and Sid she can come in 7 minutes at 2:45, GREAT! Kaitlin was very cordial, and ask what the issues were. She started by turning off the Wireless thermostat upstairs. And proceed to go to the basement to work on the furnace. She jumped started it, and it worked. She changed the filter for my AprilAire humidifier. Tested a few connections and charged a a very reasonable price. And since she came at regular working hours, she didn’t charge me the overtime rate. I will call Luxury again.

I do not normally post reviews for businesses on the internet, as I don’t feel they serve any real purpose. However, this is an instance where I’m going to make an exception because of the experience I had.
We had contacted Luxury for a quote / proposal to replace our existing HVAC system; it was necessary as our system was 15 years old. We received the proposal from Randy, who had prepared one previously for us. Of the proposals we got from 4 different companies, Randy’s was the most detailed, thorough and easiest to understand. The cost, while always a consideration, was very reasonable for the scope of work involved and comparable to the others. Randy looked at getting us on the schedule to replace the system. What happened next was where this story changed.
In the interim, Luxury sent out one of their techs to check out our existing furnace, there was a significant issue, in order to keep it running until the new system could be installed. The tech actually discovered a dangerous problem with our furnace that made it necessary for him to shut it off for our safety. Now we had NO heat at all. While not the end of the world in October in Ohio, certainly not the situation we wanted to be in. Randy immediately went to work rearranging the schedule to accommodate us, even though we had never been a Luxury customer prior. The NEXT DAY he had us on the schedule for the following week! What’s more, when I went into the office to drop off the signed proposal and our deposit for the work, the woman I spoke with INSISTED that I take home a space heater to keep us warm.
We already had a couple of heaters, but I accepted her very generous offer.
I left the office that day thinking, “WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?” “WHO OFFERS SERVICE LIKE THIS ANYMORE?!”
Our installation actually got moved up a day, better for us, and the crew arrived right on schedule. Anthony, Max and another young man, whose name I regrettably cannot remember, explained everything thoroughly and went right to work.
These young men worked diligently to ensure our system would be completed that day. Working in what can best be described as less than desirable conditions. The weather was cold, rainy and extremely windy. Additionally, our HVAC system is located in a utility / laundry room on the ground level of our home. It was necessary for them to basically work in the corner of a small room; all the while taking care not to let any damage occur to a washer and dryer I had no desire to move. They were at ALL TIMES respectful, of us AND our home, answered any questions we had and were completely professional. Any one who feels as though young people no longer have a work ethic, has never met the guys on this crew.
By late afternoon they had finished their work and we had a completely new HVAC system. This is the point in time where I decided a review was necessary. When we saw the work these young men had done we were more than impressed; I will tell you I am rarely impressed. Honestly, we were STUNNED.
The difference between this installation and our last one from a different company was night and day. The quality of the work, the attention to detail and their ability to make everything work in this very small space was outstanding! Anthony explained everything about the new system to us and ensured that we were comfortable with the operation of it before leaving. In spite of the hour and how long they’d been there the crew cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left.
I’ll wrap this up by saying that I cannot say enough good things about Luxury. This company has been so responsive, so accommodating and so professional. I was skeptical that I could find a company that offered service like this anymore, but I did. Outstanding workmanship at a reasonable cost with exceptional service. That’s what a customer wants, Luxury delivers.

Our service visit (HVAC checkup after moving into a new home) from technician Paul was outstanding. He had real expertise and put a lot of care into giving our system a thorough examination. He was also very courteous and explained everything clearly so we can keep ourselves out of trouble going forward. Thank you, Paul!

Had to make a police report because one of your workers are impatient to yield for a vehicle when there’s cars on his side of the rode then wants to proceed to tell me to chill out when he almost hit my 30k new car because he is too impatient unprofessional people can’t just Apologize for his mistakes wanted to justify his actions when he was in the wrong not a company I would hire when workers act very careless definitely reflects on the company

No one wants to hear that an HVAC system needs to be replaced, but Luxury Heating made the process much less onerous than I feared. They provided us a quote that was very competitive, were able to get the replacement scheduled in two days, were on-time and efficient, cleaned everything up, and instructed our tenant on usage of the new thermostat. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire process (and afterwards as well!).

We were very happy with the service. We had a new heat pump installed. Despite a difficult basement with limited space, I was impressed with the neat looking layout of the new ducts. The heat pump itself is working like a charm.
We had two sets of different guys come out who worked hard and were all knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to Dave, Max, Tyrell (and the two other guys who came the first day who's names I can't recall).

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Luxury Heating Company. The technician was punctual, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She competed annual maintenance on my furnace promptly and efficiently for a fair price. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

We were having problems where our Luxury furnace would just stop working, but then after an hour or so would be OK. Luxury sent out a technician. Arrived right when they said he would. He did a fantastic job. Figured out the problem and corrected it, but didn't just stop there. He continued checking everything just to make sure. Even made a few adjustments that wasn't the actual problem we were having but would make it even more efficient.

He explained exactly why the furnace was shutting off and corrected the problem.

Can’t say enough! We were able to get an appt within 24 hours and the tech arrived promptly. Was courteous and cautious in our home (wearing covers on her shoes). She was in and out efficiently, and charge was extremely fair and reasonable! We will definitely use them again and would recommend!

Sal & Tyrell were incredible. Sal made our repair a priority call because he knew we had no heat. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, helpful and neat. Sal checked over our entire system including the thermostat and humidifier. I was with him and he explained what he was doing, and what I can do to maintain our system. Tyrell paid close attention, asked Sal questions and was a pleasure to talk to! Luxury is smart to hire people with the intent to train them on the job. In my opinion, there is no better way to learn.

He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Brian was great and helpful with the initial visit and follow up to go over pricing for replacing our 35 year old furnace and ac along with scheduling. Two days later our furnace died when it was 5 degrees, so Brian expedited the furnace install. Sean and his crew of Max and Brandon installed it and working it in a day. They returned the following week to install the ac and humidifier the next week. Great, efficient and tidy installation that was professionally done and cleaned up when they were finished. Sean also when over the maintenance schedules and operations.

I reached out to Luxury Heating and they came the next day and did service on our furnance and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. Very professional. ?'s answered when asked. Asked about adding humidifier to furnace, technician called immediately and got pricing. Even they were there only for aa checkup of the system humidifier was delivered to our home within 15 minutes. An hour later they were done and out the door. Perfect cleanup and install. Installer made sure we were happy with the way equipment was placed and installed before they left. We woud be very happy to have either of the two young men that were here return for future service.

I needed a new furnace, AC and water heater. Sal came out first and checked everything. An appointment was made, with Adam, to replace all the systems. The team of Clayton, Dave, Jason and Max arrived on time and completed the work in one day. I don’t think they even took a lunch break. They were knowledgeable, capable and experienced. I could not be happier with the job. Luxury is a great company with qualified employees. They stand behind their work. They were even nice enough to give my better half a hoodie. It’s difficult to find good people/companies that actually do what they say they will. Luxury does just that!!
