Furnace quit working in the middle of the night. JD Indoor Comfort walked me thru resetting the furnace and came out the next day to make sure we were good to go. Definitely will be using them for our HVAC needs.

Heating system repair was disappointing and unprofessional. The technician failed to properly diagnose the issue, and the system continued to malfunction after service. Communication was unclear, repairs were delayed, and costs seemed unjustified. Overall, the experience lacked expertise, reliability, accountability, and concern for customer comfort and safety.

Very professional company, understanding and the response to our concerns were dealt with quickly. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I was dissatisfied with the A/C system repair service. The issue was not properly fixed, and the unit stopped working again shortly after. The technician seemed rushed and did not clearly explain the problem or solution. For the cost charged, I expected a reliable repair and better professionalism overall.

The work was fine. I had an appointment for Noon-one, had to call to make sure that they were coming. Had to pay $155 just to get them to look at the problem, none of which applied to the final cost of fixing my furnace. Tech said he had to check to see if he could get the part to fix the furnace, I had to call again to see if they found the parts they needed and when they were coming back to do the work.
The next morning, they did call early to start the installation of the parts. The work was done in a timely manner. I had to pay $620 more, over $400 was the part, which was $100 more than I saw it for online.
Overall, I feel like another company probably would have saved me $200 or more for the same job and not forced me to contact them multiple times to make sure that they were going to be able to get the job done.

We had a new furnace installed. Jim Niedermyer was helpful and very knowledgeable. The 3 men that installed the furnace knew exactly what to do. They were quiet, fast and so efficient. Our house is toasty warm. We are so happy with our new furnace .

Fast prompt service and notified us when the technician was on his way. Professional from the person taking my call to the technician (James S) we are very pleased with the service performed to get our boiler up and running. Very fair and affordable fee for services rendered.

We are continuously pleased with the communication and work provided by JD Indoor Comfort, especially during the installation of a new water heater and most recently, furnace, that unfortunately went out on one of the coldest days this calendar year. We were taken care of with urgency given that we have 3 little ones that we wanted to keep warm. Time and time again, we are blown away with what a great job the entire team does, both in and out of the office. They are our go-to company when services are needed and make us feel like family!

I woke up on the morning of February 19th with no heat. I called JD Indoor Comfort and they were able to send out a tech to take a look the same day. The tech, Luis N., took his time and methodically was able to diagnose the problem as a broken plastic piece in the back of the on/off switch, causing the wire to come loose and not make a proper connection. Luis replaced the switch and I was back up and running within the hour. THIS is the type of honest, competent service that, unfortunately is rarely experienced these days. Thanks Luis and JD Indoor Comfort for saving the day.

The office personnel are very personable and helpful, The engineer when he arrives was friendly and professional, he wore covers on his boots. My system was professionally installed by JD comfort originally and it’s had zero problems since installation. However, I would highly advise having it maintained known again just to make sure there’s no problems or issues when you most need your system.

I cannot say enough. We received several quotes, luxury was the most comprehensive and value for our investment. Our sales rep made sure he fully understood our goals and laid out our options…but the install team are the true stars. Our team were so friendly, professional, kept us in the loop with the progress as well as any issues they encountered, but spotless. I mean cleanup being anything I have seen with many home renovation projects.
