My hubby and I had a great experience with this company. They were easy to schedule service with, were reasonable with their costs, and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being a small business, I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I am a New Projects Manager with a NE OH Solar PV Company, so I know how important it is to communicate straight with the customer, provide accurate and detail information within the estimate and provide the customer with a map/plan for the removal and installation of the new furnace and A/C. Craig Pons and Tim Hildebrand of KW Lang Mechanical did just that and more. Their product pricing was more than fair, along with good financing and a seamless installation process.

Craig visited us early on a Tuesday morning in mid November; walking us through the Carrier Product line, along with the proper sizing of the new furnace and new A/C. Furnace Installation was completed by that Friday, with the A/C unit being installed early the next week. Jerry the KW Lang Technician was thoughtful, very through and cleaned up after himself leaving no mess on the site (Inside & Outside).

KW Lang did a great job treating us as respected individuals that were in a tough position, as our furnace failed and we needed to act promptly. They gave us a quality Carrier product at a good price, with a timely installation process. Thank you!

Went fine for the most part. Did an excellent job on kw lang equipment . Did a fair job on equipment that was not installed by kw lang.

Noticed a loud vibration coming from my heater. Was able to get a next day appointment. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and walked me through what was causing the noise as well as the what the solution was. Very satisfied with the service

Showed up within allotted time window and efficiently completed the service then cleaned up to leave. Also provided helpful tips to maintain our equipment. He also provided information about adding a humidifier to the system. We enjoyed Matt's professionalism while he worked on our old HVAC system.

Brian came out to the house to service the furnace he was efficient and knowledgeable with a great personality.

I've dealt with KW Lang for years (Stovicek), in fact I continued the service from them after my mom passed. They have been very professional, I have also recommended them to friends and the bond continues. They do excellent work.

Matt came out to look at my boiler when it stopped working, and he was great to work with. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He also gave me some tips on maintaining my boiler in the future.

We have used KW Lang a few years now. They've put in new air condition units and we have them for spring and winter tune-ups. I've liked all the technicians that have come here. They are always, timely,friendly and efficient. I completely recommend KW Lang ,a full service heating and air company.

Working with KW Lang was such an easy process! From calling the company and someone coming out to provide me an estimate within like 2 days. Craig was very nice! He explained what options I had, sent me the proposal the next and any follow up questions I had he answered right away.
