Needed a new furnace and AC unit. Checked with a couple local providers. Lang Mechanical sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, and used no high pressure sales techniques. He gave a quote on a single stage unit and a two stage unit. The quotes were very reasonable. We chose the two stage unit. Installation was done in a day. No damage or big mess. The men were efficient and friendly. The new furnace is so very quiet and seems to be efficient. An excellent experience overall. Very happy with our decision to go with Lang. Highly recommend them.

Incredible service! We came home late Sunday from being away for a week to a hot house. I left a message for service late that night and had a new capacitor installed by noon Monday. Highly recommend KW Lang ❤️

They arrived ahead of time and went straight to work. There were varying numbers of guys early on but the primary technician worked nonstop and finished up around 230. Only complaint would be that no one gave me “a tour” of my new equipment. I’d recommend KW Lang to my friends.

I was very pleased with the service. KW Lang did both my heating and Air conditioning. The technician thoroughly cleaned both units so they look practically brand new. They are running beautifully and it’s nice to have peace of mind that both units are safe. The only negative thing I have to say is that the person who worked on the air conditioner left the hose running when he left.

Matt Fitch did an exceptional job in performing routine periodic maintenance on my HVAC system. Very knowledgable and efficient. He has exemplary technical skills and soft people skills.

I had a service call the 5th of July, holiday weekend, and my AC had gone out! It was 85 degrees in my house and the service tech was at my house within an hour! Although my unit was too old for repair, he told me what needed replaced! I was able to purchase the part, and throw it on and get my house back to cooler temp. I was very appreciative of the quick service, the professionalism, and the help finding what I needed to get my ac up and running again. Although I made the repair myself, it was worth the money to have a professional diagnose the issue, and not tell me to just replace the whole unit.

Installed new ac and furnace / carrier/. Done in two days. New programmable wifi thermostat. Very clean and courteous impressed with their knowledge of unit. Would highly recommend. I was able to make a quick decision to purchase after researching other companies. The installer did a good job and even replaced my thermostat with an easier to read model. A great experience from the sales call to the install. Everyone was on top of their game. The initial service was scheduled within 24 hours from the first call. The sales team made the process very smooth and seamless. The install day went just as good. The communication with KW Lang was above and beyond and I never felt left out. I ended up using this company to make a repair on my furnace blower, and they did an excellent job for a fair price ($700 less than another company). There were two Matts who worked on the blower. Matt M did the diagnostics and Matt F came out and did the repairs. Both were very skilled and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

My mother had been with this company for over 20years. She is in heaven now and I continued with the company. However over the past two services unfortunately things did not work out. I want go into to much of the details. Make sure if you schedule a repair or service do the earliest possible time 8 to 12 this will ensure that the individuals aren’t tired or are ready to call it a day which can cause numerous other issues. Just be clear stand firm and don’t allow them to give you a quote on anything and pay for it! do the research on parts and prices. This is how my boiler was left.
