Was told on the 6th somebody would be out to see us that day or next by afternoon. I asked for update on the 7th and was told the guy was on a job ahead of mine and would check for an ETA.
ETA given? "Shortly"
I guess to these people that's code for never with a fine print of "we're also not going to reply anymore."
Do yourself a favor and go with somebody who can do something as simple as communicate and follow through on what they say.
Fahey and Ridgeline will at least do that much.

Jason, at Roof Masters, was phenomenal to work with! He walked us through every step of the way answering any questions we had. We are so pleased with our new roof! They were on time, professional, and informative during the whole process.

I have used this company with success for my roof . The problem is I have referred them to other customers like my daughter and son in law in Greenup Ky and they can’t get it right. There roof is less than a year old and have had constant leaks. Getting some one out there in a timely manner and to fix the problem correctly where it won’t leak and is done once and for all is a problem for this company. I would not and will not recommend again!!

Roof Masters recently installed a roof for me and the cleanup

They were the main factor in my choosing Roof Masters. They
answered every question and fears I had. They came to my
house and on the phone many times. Great people to work
with. They are a great asset to this company.

Josh Callicoat, comes highly recommended. Had a leak in the ceiling few days ago after a pretty bad storm popped up, couldn't get anyone to answer or return our calls from other businesses. Contacted Josh and he got back with me even though it was a bit later in the evening. Came the next day to check everything out, and even came back the next day to help with an issue that we weren't able to complete ourselves. He'll treat you like family, and make sure you're taken care of while answering any questions you might have.

I highly recommend Roof Masters. I decided to hire Roof Masters to replace my roof after one discussion with Roof Masters Representative Payton Coppage. Mr. Coppage went above and beyond to get my insurance company to cover my roof damage after a strong storm came through my area. If it weren’t for Payton, I don’t believe I would’ve been successful at getting my insurance company to cover my loss on my own. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Coppage. The crew that actually did the work on my roof did an excellent job as well. They worked very hard and they were very professional. They did a great job and completely finished my roof in one day. Thank you Roof Masters and a special thanks to Payton Coppage.

I attempted to have flashing repaired on our home and unfortunately had a no-call no-show with a different company. Roof Masters was my second option. Roof Masters came highly recommended (I made a Facebook post online looking for recommendations for said repair) and it's really frustrating that this still has not been done. A Roof Masters representative called me and informed me that an employee would come out (the week of 11/4-11/8), look at the flashing and then proceed with the repair but they never showed up and no one called to reschedule. The following week I communicated with an employee via Facebook and was told that someone would call me (most likely on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday) and they'd come out after Veteran's Day. This unfortunately didn't happen and I've yet to hear from anyone. We're up to three no call, no shows. I would not suggest them nor would I try to use them in the future.

I had a wind damage in my roof. The insurance company denied saying it was "repairable". I contacted several contractors and they told that it was not repairable, but same response from the insurance. Finally, it was Payton from roof masters who guided me to fight with the insurance company and after almost a year, we were successful to replace the whole roof.
