We had a tornado in April of 2024 and roof masters did an amazing job for us. Payton walked us step by step through the process,even dealing with our insurance company Would highly recommend.

Did my roof after the tornado in Kentucky in a timely manner, they were professionally and expedient. I would recommend them to anyone, Payton Coppage and his crew was top notch.

The 2024 April storm did a number on roof. I was unsure if I should make an insurance claim or if they would even cover it. After talking with Michael and looking over the roof, I decided to have it done. He was very helpful with dealing with the insurance company and walked me through the process as well as answering every question i had. He was around for every step and made sure i was happy with the work. This guy goes above and beyond for the customer. These guys did a quality job on the roof, I'm really impressed. I'm always hard when it comes to someone else doing work on my home. Working in construction myself, I have a eye for anything that doesn't look correct or quality. If you're looking for a contractor to do your roof, highly recommend them for your project.

From inspection to completion everything about our experience with Roof Masters was a delight. Our salesman Peyton was very thorough and walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions quickly and in an educated manor. The crew that installed our new roof was unbelievable. A very professional job well done.

Is the roof on? Yes. But did they do a good job… that is the problem. For a high quality price, I got an average job that took way too long. The reason I paid a high price was under the presumption the roofers on my roof would be insured, yet the roofers that came out were obviously not insured! So where did the extra money I spent go? Secondly, when they said the job was done - husband inspected the roof and there was a big dent in the roof that would no doubt cause leaking. He took picture and they came to fix. BUT IT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX! Lastly, they took the remainder of materials from job site when they left. If I paid for the materials as a part of the job price, why was I not given money back for the materials taken that were left?? Would not recommend

Chandler (Jack Torrance) Basham and Payton Coppage did a thorough inspection on my very steep roof. They then worked directly with my insurance. Less than a week later and before replacement could begin, there was a big storm that tore up more roof. In between rain storms, they returned to place a tarp. Work was scheduled and completed very quickly. A falling bail of shingles damaged a gutter and Roof Masters replaced the entire run on that section. The house looks great.

My roof was leaking after the tornados came through this area. I called Roof Masters and they responded quickly and stopped the leak with a repair, helped me file an insurance claim, got my whole roof replaced for what I thought I'd be paying for the repair. My house looks wonderful. Thank you to Payton and the roofing crew for a job well done.

Jason's crew completed 3 repairs on my roof. Communication was very good and the time frame in which the work was completed was reasonable. The cost seamed a bit high but we will see if the repairs are worth it once we have a good rainstorm again. If I don't have any leak I will be satisfied. Costs of everything have skyrocketed. Definetly recomed them if you need someone to at least look at your problem within a day or two. Jason and his son came out the same day of my call to assess the issues I was having.

Excellent work! The company provided exceptional care and attention to me after the tornadoes struck the area. Within 12 hours, they provided an estimate and temporarily repaired the damaged portion of my roof to prevent further damage from rain. Within two weeks, we had a completely new roof installed. The roof was installed perfectly, and the installers completed the job and cleaned up 100% within 8 hours. They also completed the tear-off and installation of the roof. The entire sales team was incredibly professional from the beginning. If I ever have any roofing issues in the future, this is the only company I will use. I highly recommend them. They were friendly, on time, and did an amazing job. What more can you ask for. Thank you again.

Payton and team did a phenomenal job from start to finish replacing our roof. He and his team were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and truly seemed like they cared & wanted to help us. Our roof was replaced in ONE day! Payton went above and beyond. He is a true asset to this company. He even came back on his free time and did some trim work painting for us outside, literally out of the goodness of his heart. They did a great job on my roof replacement after a big storm. Payton was extremely helpful when talking to my insurance company. Roof Masters showed up when the guy from the insurance company was doing the estimate to talk with him. My insurance did not initially want to pay for the damaged roof and Payton was able to walk us through the whole process, and insurance agreed to replace my roof. Our experience with Roofmasters and Peyton Coppage was fantastic!! From initial inspection to after installation, everything went smooth and was done in a timely manor. Peyton gave us an inspection months before we initially decided to replace the roof and gutters. Our roof was missing several shingles and right before a big storm Peyton called to see if he could stop by and cover those places to help prevent further damage, at this point he had no contract with us or even knew if we were going to use his company. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly! I definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone! Thank you Peyton and Roofmasters for a great job! After roof and gutters were finished we decided we needed to redo the small front porch.

We needed soffits repaired after a storm. I was referred by my insurance agent to call them. They literally were at my house 2 hours later. They were super neat and professional. Reasonably priced as well! Esther in office was also a huge help in getting an over the phone estimate just by me sending pics since we live several miles from their office. I highly recommend!
