Our furnace stopped working on a Tuesday. We called multiple places trying to get someone to come out to take a look at it. We have a toddler and were worried about keeping her warm! Springfield Heating & Cooling was the first place that said they could come out that night! The technician was quick and thorough in assessing the issue. He, unfortunately, gave us the news that we would need a new HVAC system as ours was old and had multiple issues. He was compassionate and promised us 5 star service! The crew was there Thursday morning ready to work. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient! You could tell they were proud of their work. They gave my husband and I a tour of our new equipment and ensured we knew the ins and outs! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for helping us keep our family safe and warm this season!

The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions. When discussing my need for new systems he was very informative and worked very hard to get me a price that I could afford.
He was able to set an appointment to replace my furnace and A/C within a couple of days ...and was even able to accommodate me with a Saturday appointment which was very helpful as I am a nurse and getting day off during week is very difficult.
I would certainly recommend your company and have used you since 2011 when you installed my last A/C unit!!! Please let the technicians I had know how much I appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness...and they even tolerated my d"demon" dogs!!!

So our air compressor stopped running, and I had attempted to fix it myself, but it didn’t end up working so I called Springfield heating and cooling. The service technician was great and very informative. We had a great experience and everything is working fine.

I can’t thank 5 Star for going the extra mile to make sur we had heat. My old furnace quit working at a time when we had a big smnow storm. The schedulers worked to get us scheduled. The crew came and did an excellent job. Great work.

Hassan was very considerate and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. He was not pushy or trying to sell me anything. I appreciated his service very much.

Mitch was very nice and knowledgeable. He pointed out and even shown me pictures of the problems with my furnace causing it not to function properly and gave us a really nice price on a brand new furnace that we needed to stay warm. Ryan was great,he checked my furnace,and changed the filter and replaced the Batteries on heat controller,plus Check the air Conditioner out side said every thing was working Good and informed me about things on the Conditioners Unit he let me know about it I told him I Appreciate the work in this heat We need that Air Working good I Told him that I was 75 and I need every thing working Well I trust Five Star and the good people Like Ryan that.
