We had a horrible clog in our sink for months that was so annoying we couldn’t even use our own bathroom sink. We had a contractor come and it took them hours to not even finish the job. They said it was more complicated. drain bros came and within 20-30 mins they not only unclogged our sink but even unclogged our bathroom drain that was starting to stop up, highly recommend. Also extremelyyyy respectable and great service. 10/10

I completed a request on Thumbtack for a sump pump replacement and Seth's company was one that returned my call. He was very transparent and gave us his suggestions and recommendations as to which brand would be a good sump pump. He was very low pressure and said we could provide it, or he could. He was upfront and fair with his quote. He showed up as scheduled and efficiently completed the removal and installation of the new pump.

Drain Bros fixed my drainage issue quick and efficient and for half the cost of other companies. They worked as a team and got the job finished avoiding a lot of unwanted demolition to my floors that other companies told me there would be no way around. This was a big job that could have cost me $16,000 plus more construction debris and out of pocket cost to replace floors and possibly my kitchen cabinets. I will not hesitate to use these guys again if needed. I recently referred them to my daughter. She too was very satisfied with their work and pricing. Highly recommend 😊

We had a plumbing company come out to our home to unblock our drain. They sent a mini crew to say that we had a broken drain pipe and would need to spend over $3000 to reroute our drainage system. We saved up some money, then decided to get some other estimates. Drain Brothers sent us one of the nicest contractors we have ever worked with. He cleaned the drain, was very respectful of our home and saved us our $3000 expense and just the ugliness of running drain pipes across our basement ceiling.

Had a leak on a water heater that was actually under warranty. Drain Brothers quickly arrived and replaced the water heater. Plumber actually took information from the installed unit and picked up new one then installed promptly.
