Overall great experience. I initially called in for a non urgent sewer line cleanout. Later in the day it turned into an urgent situation. They were able to come to the house same day to help. Seth cleared the line no problem. He went above and beyond in putting his camera thru the line and locating the outside clean out that had been completely buried by the previous homeowners. He not only located the outside clean out, he also dug it out for us. Great work and great pricing. Couldn't recommend Drain Bros enough.

My wife and I purchased our first home and needed our shower drain checked after the inspection. We only had 3 days to remedy and called Seth right away. Seth was able to come out within 48 hours and gave us the all clear on our drain! We were so thankful for his timeliness, honesty, and price. Overall perfect experience and we will be calling Seth for all plumbing needs in the future!

They no-call no-showed their 5-hour service window. I checked multiple times to verify the date of service and timeframe. It wasn’t until after we waited the 5 hours that they said they could maybe be there in another 2. I have to search elsewhere now for someone reliable and professional after burning a valuable day.

Edit for transparency. Yes, at 4hrs59mins into the window, I was finally advised it could be another 1.5 to 2hrs. I had to initiate contact to get this information. Nobody reached out to me to say the appointment would be missed. Nobody showed up during the time you had me set aside. You’re worried about your rep but not about me having to take off to wait for nothing. Now I have to take even more time off to line up another company.

Rob came to install my new water heater, he did awesome job. And we also found a leak in my bathroom sink, any fix that too while he was here! Awesome job! I'll be back... 🤖

We had a minor disaster on late Friday night when our sewer line backed up. Seth from Drain Bros was there within the hour and got us all fixed up! Even came back the next day to run camera to make sure everything was clear at no extra charge. I definitely have found new plumber to use in the future! Highly recommend!

Seth and Skyler did an outstanding job first recommending the system home water filter and tankless heater. Then the install went great and it’s operating perfect and looks really good too. Much appreciated!

I had a great experience with Drain Bro’s clearing a clogged kitchen sink drain. They showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable, which made the whole process stress-free. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I’d absolutely recommend Drain Bro’s and will use them again if I need drain services in the future.

Rob and his assistant did an excellent job. They were kind, friendly, thoughtful, personable, and most importantly, they were knowledgeable. In a day and age when it is difficult to find a reputable plumbing company, Drain Bros exceeded my expectations. Rob arrived promptly to replace my garbage disposal, faucet, shower head, and hot water tank. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I can’t abstain from this phenomenal company.
We had a horrible experience with a plumbing company in the past so when we learned we were going to have a substantial repair ahead of us we were very anxious. We were recommended to reach out to Drain Bro’s and it was nothing short of a 10/10 experience.
Their communication skills are top-tier; Summer is a pleasure to speak with and answered all of my questions.
Seth and Skylar came out and took a look and confirmed that it was unfortunately not an easy fix but we’re so kind and confident about what needed to be done. Within a day we were scheduled for them to come out and get started. As a woman, any construction project comes with a great deal of anxiety but they made sure our floors and furniture were protected from dust and debris.
They originally predicted it to be a two-day project but stayed late to complete it in one day to ensure we didn’t go without water in our bathroom.
After they were finished they ran thorough tests to ensure that everything was working properly and then cleaned everything up to where it honestly appeared they’d never been there.
They had to cut out an entire built in from our living room which left a substantial whole and Seth personally picked out a decorative wooden slab to cover it until we can get the hole patched.
They were thorough, informative, and unbelievably kind not just to us but even our daughter whom they brought a bag of gummy bears to after one trip for materials.
I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a company in my life and while I hope I don’t need their services again it would be nothing short of a pleasure to work with them in the future. I can promise I will always recommend them to family and friends for work needing to be done.
