Emails don’t get answered and problems almost never get resolved for weeks if you’re lucky and if they do they don’t put things back where they belong.

Premier 1 was very easy to work with and was able to fix all my issues on my above ground pool. Excellent service and was able to install a new pool liner faster than expected. Would highly recommend Premier 1 Pool & Spa Supply for all new and used pool needs!

Shout out to Premier Pool & Spa Supply for making our hot tub opening process incredibly easy this year. Their staff took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step, made sure I had the right products, and helped me feel confident about getting everything up and running properly instead of just guessing.

I also signed up for their subscription service so I can stay on top of maintenance throughout the season without the stress of trying to figure it all out on my own. Honestly, for anyone new to hot tubs or pools, having guidance like that makes a huge difference.

On top of that, I’m signing up for their Pool School because we’re considering adding a pool in the future, and I want to fully understand the maintenance, chemistry, and long-term care before making that investment. I really appreciate businesses that focus on educating customers instead of just selling products.

Definitely some of the best and nicest pools in our area. Highly recommend!

They are very attentive with no pressure, of exactly what you want pool company . We could not be any happier with our decision to go with this company! There’s no red tape. Go for it! We couldn’t be happier with our pool! The quality of the build is amazing — it’s absolutely beautiful and you can tell real care and craftsmanship went into every detail. What really stood out was the team. Their employees are incredibly hardworking, respectful, and professional. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly, and always made sure everything was done right. On top of that, their new supply store is going to be an amazing addition for the community — such a great bonus and so convenient. I went to their website and submitted my request for a quote and an appointment. I got one text back but didn't receive a call, a quote or an appointment I sent a second text requesting an appointment. NO RESPONSE in 2 days! I think that's a good sign of poor management. I wasted 2 1/2 days with this company. I got an appointment and a quote today from another company in less than 15 minutes! I will never contact Quality Clean again.

They were very professional and super efficient. I've had my carpets cleaned before and it took hours. They were in and out within an hour but didn't skimp on the quality of clean I received. Would highly recommend!

Had used Quality Clean previously for air duct cleaning. This time I needed older berber carpet in our finished basement cleaned. I believed it was beyond the effort to make it look worthwhile, but QC was able to bring it back to an attractive appearance that I want to use the space again. Thanks so much for your efforts! Over the years I've had several different carpet cleaning companies work on my pet stained (white) carpet and have never had the results I got using Quality Clean! May sound cliche but my carpet looks and feels new again! Van and Dee are so easy to work with, professional and knowledgable!

Van and his team are very thorough and the house smells very nice when they are done. The carpets are not as wet when they are done as other cleaners also. Try them - you won’t be disappointed!
