I had a leak in roof that I could not diagnose problem. Sean Van Dyke at Eames & Sons was able to quickly trouble shoot the issue and provide and detailed and thorough proposal for repair work. The team over communicated on timeline and completed a timely and professional repair. The final invoice matched the estimate exactly. Great job Sean and team!

Had some fascia blow off with last storm and called Eames to come service. Caleb quickly called and scheduled a look over to advise. He came and was able to tack the piece back on for me. I was grateful because I was afraid no one would come for such a small repair but he was Johnny on the spot and such a helpful young man. He gave me estimates for future work should I need or want it- no pressure! I recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Eames and Sons Roofing. Lost numerous pieces of siding in a storm and Jeff worked with the insurance company and was instrumental in helping get it replaced. The quality of work is a high standard and they turned what should have been a stressful ordeal into a wonderful siding experience. I would not hesitate to call them again for either my siding or roofing needs.

A tree fell on our garage during a storm last year and I'm so thankful that I got in contact with Tom and his team. He was there to help us through the process and he worked with our insurance company to make sure all of the necessary work was covered. He left us with a garage that is 1000x better than before the tree fell! I cannot say enough good things about this company and would recommend them to everyone.

Sean from Eames and Sons did a wonderful job assessing a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom and inspected all the bathrooms for potential problems. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He definitely had our best interests at heart and never tried to sell us something we didn’t need. Eames and Sons will be the only roofing/gutters/siding company I ever call.

My experience with Eames and Sons was great. Called the main line and left message and Joe returned my call within a few hours. Joe and I exchanged some pictures and then I got a quote and the work was done the next day. Overall my minor repair was done within 72 hours of contacting them and done very well. Nice people and very professional on site.

My wife noticed a leak from our roof that was already pushing 30 years old, so we called out some companies to take a look and get some estimates on the work. Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc.

The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap.

Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs.

EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

Joe and his team from Eames and Sons was awesome. He told me the job wouldn’t be done until everything looked perfect and he really meant it! If there was ever anything he spotted that didn’t live up to his expectations, he’d make sure it’d be done perfectly without me even asking or noticing. We have an old beat up century home that I’m sure can be very difficult to work with, so I really appreciated that attention to detail and extra care. The price for the scope of work we had done to seemed like a very good deal. I’d 100% recommend you do business through these guys.

Purchasing a house and there was a mold spot in the garage that the bank wanted inspected and taken care of before financing my loan. Trey was able to come out next day and inspect for free then when I needed the work done he finished ahead of schedule and was very professional and accommodating at every step.
