This Garden has a nice selection of plants, I've been shopping here often. However, last week I came across a very rude worker, an older man in glasses. All I did was simply asking him where I could find a particular plant I was looking for. He gave me very bad attitude for no reason.

The 2 young girls at the register acted as if it was too much trouble to stop playing with their cell phones to actually help you. Also they seemed to know very little about the shop itself.

Love love this place. First time here. A little pricey on plants but u get what u pay for!!

Went to look at Christmas trees. Beautiful trees, both live and artificial. Great selection. A bit pricey for me

Wonderful customer service today at Maria Gardens. While back in the soil department I was asked if I needed more than what was available on the shelf, or if I would prefer larger bags (which were outside). I was also asked if I needed assistance locating anything else. Later at the checkout, I was also offered assistance loading my car. Much appreciated consideration from staff made a wonderful end-of-day experience.

I've been buying plants and fertilizers here for years. The employees are always nice, helpful and knowledgeable. So when I bought and tried to return some bad fertilizer, that was clearly left on the shelf for too long, the manager said no. Granted half of the liquid was gone, but all the nutrients had crystallized at the bottom. They lost a long time customer for ever over a $10 bottle.

I bought 4 tomato plants at Marcs in Columbus. These are the best tomato plants I've ever had. The Early Girl has tomatos in late May. I'm only buying Maria Gardens from now on.

Love coming here for my plants, I needed something for a vintage ceramic frog pot that I acquired from my grandmother and it looks amazing! Thank you...very friendly and knowledgeable staff, kudos to the young woman with the amethyst necklace, sorry I forgot your name!💜

Not the customer service that I would expect. Older "gentleman" that was wearing glasses and shorts was very RUDE and NOT helpful, very condescending.

They had SO many options for our landscaping project and the plants were all high quality and healthy. The man helping us in the outdoor area was extremely knowledgeable and made expert recommendations based on our needs.

Beautiful selection of flowers, pots, yard decorations and bird feeding merchandise. Reasonably priced too. I was able to make this flower arrangement with this fantastic clay planter for under $40.

Please please PLEASE check your house plants when you buy them here!! I go to the North Royalton location constantly and never have issues, so I assumed this Maria Gardens would be the same… I bought a pink syngonium on Tuesday, and it is INFESTED with mealy bugs. Mealy bugs spread like crazy so if this plant has them, I’m assuming any other house plant from that shelf I grabbed it from likely has them too. It’s a nightmare because I now have to treat all 20+ of my houseplants to make sure they didn’t spread :(

Dont waste your money. I bought 3 lilac bushes from here about 30 days ago. We found out they were super root bound in the pots they were in. We planted them the day after purchase following the directions to a T, watered them really well after planting and the weeks following. They were about 30 dollars a piece. Today they are All almost dead. Almost 100 dollars down the drain. I tried to call the store and got no answer. I'll try again on Monday.

Overpaid for shrubs because I had a gift card for this place, spent around $300 total. Support a local business I thought. After a growing season where the plants were watered regularly and fertilized, shrubs were well on their way to death despite other plants around them were thriving. As the season drew to an end, we dug plants up and figured we could at least return them to get some of the promised store credit. When we brought it in the store manager declined it saying that the plant looked normal. They kept the store credit but have lost any future business from me. Empty promises. Take your 1-star.

I had not been to the Strongsville Maria's Garden location in about 10 years. I called in advance because I was looking for a particular plant, they were very helpful over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of healthy house plants that they have.
Their staff members were all extremely kind. I did not get a chance to look around too much because I arrived shortly before closing time, but hope to go back before Christmas.

Just signed up for the summer/fall season. Good prices, fast , and excellent work. Highly recommend.

Marc and his team at Hero's did a fantastic job. Their communication was on point and always available to answer questions and review the quote. They worked through the weekend to complete my job before the deadline I requested during the consultation.
