Purchasing a house and there was a mold spot in the garage that the bank wanted inspected and taken care of before financing my loan. Trey was able to come out next day and inspect for free then when I needed the work done he finished ahead of schedule and was very professional and accommodating at every step. Our sewer backed up into our basement. The plumber fixed the clogged and Servpro came right out and cleaned and sanitized our basement. They were very professional. We are very glad we chose Servpro to help us with our basement problem.

Andrew and his team did an amazing job. The flood devastated our business and many in central Vermont. They were upfront with pricing, went above and beyond what was in the estimate, and even though the cleanup went much longer than expected, honored the original quote. We can't thank them enough.

Found a leak early in the morning and called SERVPRO. Jason and his team were out within the hour to assess the damage and remove what couldn't be saved. They explained the whole process and kept us up to date throughout the process including working with our insurance. They were always pleasant and easy to work with and removed a lot of the stress within the situation. I would highly recommend this business and we will be calling them if we have another issue!

It is very hard to go through having a fire. You're unsure of what the process is and what you need to do, ServPro came in and was very kind and explained what needed to be done. The clean up was hard because someone is going through all of your belongings and if you're a private person this is not easy. Kristina who was in charge of this was wonderful and always reassuring and patient when I had several questions. Chris who was the manager was great too answered any question we had and had everything running smoothly for the clean up. When we got to the reconstruction side we dealt with Dan who was wonderful and always so pleasant to talk too. He made you feel like you had been friends for years. He was very accomadating to what we wanted done and what we decided to do ourselves. I will say that they were very patient with us, we wanted nothing more than to get back into our house and as with every other business they were very busy and you can't always have all your workers jump on one job. It was a long process but they did everything they could to get us back in our house as quickly as possible. Also we dealt with Bob who went through and did the estimate to submit to the insurance company. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job of making sure everything was on the estimate that needed done. There are still a couple wrap ups with the billing we had and some hiccups with the insurance payments and Angela has been wonderful to deal with. Any question I had or form I needed to send to the mortgage company she was on it and had it back to me very quickly. Thank you for everything ServPro!

We had a water leak in the shutoff valve inside our finished basement wall. ServPro was here quickly and acted quickly to remediate the mess. We had no idea of the extent of the damage - and potential for mold - until ServPro, and the equipment they use for monitoring moisture, came to our rescue. They were prompt, professional, friendly and informative. We never felt as though we were left dangling with nowhere to go. They coordinated claims with the insurance company and kept us informed along the way. Very pleased.

Beware of Servpro’s Disorganization and Predatory Practices

Servpro recently hired someone to harass us over payment for work done years ago at my late grandmother’s home—work that was not only incomplete but also poorly executed. She has since passed away, yet they persist with their demands. It's funny that they didn't make collection attempts until after we called, fearing she had long term exposure to asbestos glue due to the incomplete flooring work.

This feels incredibly predatory. Their shoddy workmanship has also deteriorated rapidly, proving they are not to be trusted for renovation work.

I will be following up with photos of both the incomplete and failing work as soon as I have access to them. Proceed with caution before hiring Servpro.

I needed a moisture reading on my floors before installing a new floor after a flood. I called in the morning and they came two hours later. Very responsive!
