Absolutely incredible customer service and a wonderful installation team! First off, I called several different companies for quotes but Smart Choice was the first company were I didn’t have to push a bunch of prompts to speak to customer service. They came out two days later for a quote and weren’t pushy. Ahmad laid out the facts and we were able to make the decision to get all new windows for the house without feeling pushed towards it. The quote was fair and the financial options they provide are great! We were originally told our windows would be coming in mid March early April, however they came in and were installed only a month after we ordered them. The crew who installed our windows were so knowledgeable and friendly, they made the day fun and did a fantastic job installing and made the windows look beautiful inside and out!

Great experience! Amed came out to give a quote, did a great job explaining the product and options without being "pushy". The rest of the team was also very easy to work with. No stress, love the windows, great price, and installation crew was great. Definitely coming back for my next window project and definitely am referring anyone I know!

We reached out to Smart Choice to quote a whole house window replacement project. Joe showed up right on time, was friendly and through in his presentation.
